Buyer beware- My daughter purchased an item at this store that was advertised as 3.99 and the sticker price was not clear if this was per pack or each piece after she paid for the item the cashier gave her the wrong change then another male coworker came to help and advised his coworker that this is suppose to be per item not per pack and continued to say I have been telling coworkers all week. This is not what my daughter paid for and when my daughter asked for a refund they told her no refunds and told her to give back the pack and chose one of the hair piece. That is unethical business practice they should have advised this was incorrectly marked before she paid for the item so she would have the option of not taking it but because she had already paid for it and the worker realized it was marked wrong they put the loss on consumer instead of the store. Lots of cool finds here almost everything Anime. The employees are real kind. The store is a bit on the smaller side. They have a lot of little figures displayed outside on a case which has signs that read "don't touch" Now it's a bit hard not to since lots of the items on display outside of box don't have prices. The items that are in the Box's do. You would need to continuously ask the employees to tell you a price since you can't touch the item to check. So they priced an item for me and were ringing me up for it then canceled the transaction while i was putting my card in. They doubled the price on me and said "is that okay?"
