We had been shopping for an engagement ring and wedding band for months in our hometown of New Orleans & online but didn’t find anything that grabbed my heart. In June 2023, we took a 3 week road trip and one of our stays was in Santa Fe. We did a lot of jewelry shopping but it wasn’t until I said enough and were headed back to our hotel and saw Bella. I had to go in since that is my grandmother name with the grand kids. There we met the most professional and kind man, Chris. Chris took his time with us and was so patient and helpful!! He went above and beyond. I found my ring that grabbed my heart along with a diamond wedding band as well. It was meant to be! I highly recommend anyone living or visiting Santa Fe to do business with Bella Fine Jewelry and Chris. In fact, I just texted Chris today on a Sunday thinking he would get back to me tomorrow, but true to his impeccable customer service, dedication to his job AND his gentlemanly way, he immediately texted back! We will be buying other pieces soon whether visiting or simply through the assistance from Chris via emails and calls....

I had a custom made wedding band in 2001 when I got married and lived in Albuquerque that got lost somewhere along the way. Now that I live in Australia, getting fine southwestern jewelry is not something that is easy. On a visit to my Best Man for Christmas this year, we made a special trip to Santa Fe to see if I could replace the ring. My wife and I spent about 4 hours wandering around town looking for something. Bella was the first stop we made, and they had a piece that was almost exactly what I wanted. We never saw anything else all day that remotely interested me, so I made a dash back to Bella before they closed. Chris helped me look through dozens of interesting things, but ultimately the first ring was the one I wanted.
