PAIGE - Santa Monica — Local services in Santa Monica

I have to admit: I live in LA for 14 years, and never heard about this store. I am visiting the Santa Monica area once in 2-3 months, specially the 3rd St. promenade, but didn't notice this store. Last week I had a guest from the UK, and she was the one who noticed the store, while we were there on Saturday. Apparently, she is familiar with their clothes, and love them from London. The moment we entered the store, we were greeted by Chris with a very warm welcoming. He helped my friend, and 2 other customers at the same time, with the BEST customer service I have ever seen. He was so kind, happy, nice , helpful, with an exact eye for sizes and designs. He new in a minute which size my friend needs, and the same for the other 2 customers. "juggling" between all the 3 of them, bringing them everything they wanted, suggested new items (in the exact size), helping all of us checking out , and all of that, with a big smile and a warm heart. What an amazing experience! My friend ended up buying a few items, and so did the other 2. Because he told us he is the manager in Pacific Palisades, we drove there on Monday :-) to check the store over there, before my friend headed back to London. Don’t buy from Nova & Chic without reading their return policy, basically you are stuck with the merchandise. The quality of their products is totally misrepresented in their website. The fabric is poor polyester and the colors are totally different from what you see. I tried returning my merchandise and basically was told it is better to get 20% refund than returning the merchandise. They respond quickly but you are stuck with the trashy merchandise. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND...
