BOOK THIS COMPANY! You will have ZERO regrets and the time of your life (the only regret being that we only booked 4 hours and not the 8. Huge mistake. BOOK THE 8 HOURS). I did hours of research looking for a company with captains that included fun amenities, could accommodate our group of 12 and wasn't astronomically expensive. I was so happy when I found Emerald Coast Island Excursions. They checked every box and more. Side note: we did need 2 pontoons for our group, but this was actually amazing because we got BOTH Captain Brian & Brandon! Both guys were super fun, helpful, and personable and made our day entertaining! (PS. Do not try to beat them in Beer Pong.. They only drink water and have a LOT of practice. They let us win once I think because they felt bad.)

On the way to Crab Island both Captains took us for a super cool little ride to find dolphins and sea turtles, which we did get to see! Brian is so knowledgeable about the sea life native to the Gulf and is super cautious when approaching and caring when it comes to protecting not only them, but their habitats.

Now time for the party portion at Crab Island. Captain Brian had actually taken a group of ladies out the day before, one gal lost her engagement ring & Brian promised he would find it the next day when he took us out. He found the ring for the girl within 5 minutes of being parked. So when I say this guy cares about his customers, I mean it. Brian & Brandon had all of the awesome rafts and paddleboards set up immediately and seamlessly when we arrived to Crab Island. When they say they have the best set up on Crab Island, they're not joking around. THEY HAVE THE BEST SET UP FOR CRAB ISLAND. This included speakers, rafts to lounge on, rafts to play beer pong on and paddle boards and more. We had other people from the sand bar walking up to us asking to play beer pong and trying to use the equipment, which Brian & Brandon were constantly making sure we were comfortable with or they weren't afraid to shoo people away. They are super aware of their surroundings and everything that is going on and made our group feel incredibly well taken care of. Brian even offered to take photos for our group with his GoPro so that we could all focus on just having a good time and it was such an appreciated added bonus. Our trip with them to Crab Island was the highlight for everyone in my group for my bachelorette trip and we had ladies ranging in age from 26-55 in attendance. We are all trying to plan a trip to Destin again just to book with them!

This place is the real deal, I don’t think it gets better than this. We had Captain Taylor leading our 8 hour cruise to crab island. I can’t say enough about the experience from the first step into the boat to the last step out. His personality, work ethic, knowledge, professionalism, customer service, and overall experience with him was 10,000% amazing. He definitely went above and beyond for my family (wife and 2 daughters). This was our first time coming to Florida and experiencing crab island, and I don’t know how I can come back and exceed this experience. Captain Taylor definitely put our wants and needs as his top priority. We asked for dolphins, and he delivered, not only showing us, but having them follow us for a good minute and a half with them jumping in our wake. Any vendor on crab island that we wanted he made sure they stopped by our boat. Captain Taylor gave us multiple options with our time, and how to use it, ultimately leaving us with the decision on how to use it. If you want a stress free, relaxing, and very chill experience then book here. All you have do is show up and they do the rest. We spoke to Captain Brian on the dock at the end of our trip, we didn’t get to experience a trip with him, but just with the short interaction I recognized that customer satisfaction is his number one priority. Also, once on crab island, these pontoon boats and equipment (paddle boards, ice chest, beer pong on the water, pontoon slide, snorkeling gear, footballs, sound system on the boat, lounging pads for the water) they have available for you at no extra cost are 10x better than everyone’s around you. People from other charters were coming up to ask if they could use some, it’s that good. Definitely recommend Emerald Coast Island Excursions! Would return to do Crab Island. Capt. Sean was very chill, professional, and great. We have never been to Crab Island before, so we were nervous about booking the perfect boat. But they provided everything! Bottled waters, Bluetooth speaker for your own music, a large bag of ice for you and your beverages, a lager Yetti Cooler, floating mat, pads for beer pong w/Cups and balls, and several pool toys/balls football,volleyball and other floaties I believe. The boat was very spacious. We had group 5 celebrating our wedding. We did have a hiccup, the day before I got a call saying our booked boat with slide was having mechanical issues but did have another boat with no slide available for the afternoon (original time was in the AM).
