Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

So I usually don't do these type of things because I don't like to put down businesses but this is the second incident that I've had with this Jack in the box which I have never had really any bad experiences at any other ones in Santa Rosa and I go to all of them because I'm obsessed with shakes I have one almost every day from either Burger King McDonald's or Jack in the box when I go to Jack in The box I always have to tell them ahead of time when I'm ordering my food that I would like extra chocolate in my shake and if they could make sure that they actually mix it up because most of them are lazy and just try to give it to you as fast as possible whether it's all mixed up or not they'll hand you your shake and it'll almost look like it's a vanilla chocolate swirl not chocolate shake and that very irritates me especially if I'm paying almost $6 for it so the first time I had an incident with some women there I was going through the drive-thru at night and I had ordered my shake the way I wanted it and I ordered actually two shakes one for me and one for my significant other well they got my order wrong and they gave me a size regular instead of a large I informed her that I asked for a large and I even paid the difference for it she continued to talk about me in front of me with another employee trying to say she does this all the time to get a free shake and I was really taken back because how am I getting a free shake if I'm paying for the difference I always order a large I would never order a regular no matter what I always order a large I order the same damn thing every time I go there I don't think that I caught it wrong and even if I did get it wrong you shouldn't sit there and talk about a customer that way I spend a lot of money with Jack in the box I go there at least three times a week so to be treated like that is very unfair well tonight I also went there and I told the lady Maria that I wanted extra chocolate in my shake when she handed me my shake again it was done very horrible wasn't mixed up all the way and didn't even look like it was even chocolate at all I said something to her and she says oh I put extra chocolate I put three pumps I'm only supposed to put two here here's your shake and continue to hand it to me and would not fix it and argued with me she pretty much threw my change on me when she handed it to me some fell on the ground because she was so quick she was not paying attention at all asked me twice if I wanted sauces and I told her the second time you had already asked me that and so she said here here's your order hands it to me very rudely and shuts the little windows on me I stood there for a second waited till she reopened and asked for her name she shouldn't be working with customers at all if she had doesn't have any patience and she definitely shouldn't be working in the food service if she's going to be lazy I will never come to the shack in the box again even if I have to drive all the way across town in the middle of the night they will not be getting any...

I called them, going to ask them a question about the cost of food. I coughed on the phone on accident due to a cold. The employee on the other end threatened to call the police on me thinking it was a prank she also somehow had the audacity to mention my dad's name to confirm it was me (if that makes sense). I don't like how the lady spoke to me over the phone, in my opinion I wouldn't call them to ask any questions about the food, cost etc. The lady may have said his name to scare me. But I don't like how she treated me as a customer. Employees are supposed to be respectful, and...

I realize that Jack in the Box is fast food. However, this is one of the worst ones. The service was really bad! My husband had to continuously repeat the order. When we got the food, we asked for sauces, for which the server told us he had none (they were in plain sight on the counter). Lastly, while eating my food, I bit something that was not good, it was rotten. I ended up stopping on the side of the road to spit out the food and throw up. We didn't even bother to go back because the service was so bad already, I don't think they would have cared. Just avoid this...
