Came here with my nephew as he wanted to sell some cards and it was not a pleasant experience. Gentleman at the counter gave my nephew a low ball offer & we decided it wasnât a deal we wanted to move forward with. Since we didnât proceed with a deal, The employee said if we were to visit the store and not close any deals, we are wasting his time and making him lose money & it would be a problem if it happened again in the future. Honestly extremely disrespectful and frustrating. Mind you, this is our first time even stepping foot in this store & I wanted to share a positive experience with my nephew & they made us feel like we were wasting their time.
