Came here with my nephew as he wanted to sell some cards and it was not a pleasant experience. Gentleman at the counter gave my nephew a low ball offer & we decided it wasn’t a deal we wanted to move forward with. Since we didn’t proceed with a deal, The employee said if we were to visit the store and not close any deals, we are wasting his time and making him lose money & it would be a problem if it happened again in the future. Honestly extremely disrespectful and frustrating. Mind you, this is our first time even stepping foot in this store & I wanted to share a positive experience with my nephew & they made us feel like we were wasting their time. Safe to say I am NEVER stepping another foot at Gateway games. I would not recommend visiting as they don’t even care to be decent to first time customers with children. Would leave 0...

I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody that loves gaming and enjoys these types of stores there is a heavy set white dude with a beard that works there he is so unprofessional disrespectful i really don't know how this guy has a business in the mall with that type of attitude my little brother is autistic and loves gaming and old systems so we went to Gateway games for a cable took it home ended up not working so my dad went the next day and the heavy set guy was so rude I told him make it rite he ended up telling my dad to get out of the store yelling i wouldn't recommend this...

Gateway games is hands down the BEST place for all your gaming needs! The owners are friendly and super chill. Their prices are great, plus they offer device cleaning/repairs and significantly better trade in deals than other GameStores. Also, please disregard the 1 star ratings. For game shops that sell cards at TCG Market value, buying cards at around 50% market is common practice because card prices fluctuate and buying at full would almost always constitute a loss...
