Jamba — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I would give them a zero if I could. I've been to the location a couple of times and I like their smooothies. When I went there I bought a smoothie and was given no receipt. My friend ordered a smothie right after me and they were given a receipt and told "fill out this online survey for a free smoothie(or drink don't quite remember)". I after that I asked for my receipt but my receipt didn't have anything about a survey. I decided to go to the same location again. Once again I wasn't given a receipt but with my super awesome vision I was able to see the original receipt. It had the survey thingy buuuuut the cashier didn't give it to me when I was about to reach over to receive it. Instead she placed in a fat stack of other original receipts. When I asked her for the receipt she instead printed a second one out, the one the doesn't have the good deal. So I thought maybe it was just a one time thing. So later my friend wanted to get some juice so we returned but she made the mistake if asking the receipt before it was printed out. In this case they must have hit no receipt then printed out the second receipt. This is how you are robbed of a free smoothie or juice. I don't blame them for doing this though because their juices and smoothies run 8 dollars for larges but I'm sure they would only give you a small anyway but that's still five dollars. Usually this stupid stuff doesn't matter to me and I never fill out the surveys anyway but I was irked that they would take the chance to even fill it out. I love Jamba Juice! My friend and I get Jamba Juice together multiple times a week. We like this location because it’s in a quiet mall, with not too many people. The employees are friendly and usually quick. Although there isn’t seating in Jamba, there are some chairs inside the mall directly in front of the location where you can wait for or drink your smoothie.

I would have given this location 5 stars, but they have consistently been out of raspberry sherbet this summer! It may not sound like a big deal, but most of their smoothies have raspberry sherbet, including the only two smoothies my friend and I order!

I hope they get their inventory under control because they have some great employees! If they stop running out of ingredients, I will give them 5 stars, but until then 4 stars. I’m tired of going to this location to place my order only to find out they are out of ingredients and having to go to another Jamba! Went to Jamba today, service was fast and the smoothie was delicious, but maybe if your staff were a bit friendlier it would be great, when I went to order the young lady at the register rolled her eyes...and while I was waiting for my drink there was a family in front of me with a little girl who couldn't have been more than 4 or 5 and when she got her drink she said thank you to the girl who made it and she completely ignored her, no smile or anything, for me if a little girl or boy says thank you I wouldn't just ignore it.....they are showing good manners and it's important to...
