Honestly extremely upset. I called for a same day appointment and they luckily had the time for a color correction. Went into detail with the stylist about the level of correction needed and worked out a time. Showed up to my appointment a little early as I have to drive an hour and a half to be able to get here and they inform me my appointment is canceled. First the stylist said for some reason they double booked her with a makeup appointment and she isn’t sure why and asks if I can come tomorrow, I let her know I can’t because of the distance show she lets me know to wait. She comes back and says they tried to call me and that they were trying to cancel multiple times, when I never received a call and my number is in the system from previous times. She then says a consultation for today to book tomorrow which I have already made clear I can’t do. So not only was I lied to, but had to hold back tears as today is my birthday and I just wasted half my day getting here. On top of the fact the stylist said she was off in a hour so she wouldn’t have been able to do it anyways when she was the original one I spoke with- so many excuses and no accountability. Read moreI lost my phone in the store while shopping so approached Sidney to inform her about it. She was so nice and proactively reached out to the manager to help me out. She came back to me and said that the manager is just in a meeting but she will inform her soon as they are don. After 5 minutes, the manager, Rachel, talked to me and checked the security cameras immediately.
Unfortunately, I had to go because I have to finish some errands so I had to leave and the other manager, Luna, told me to call in a couple of hours to check and she assured me that she will keep it in their lost and found in case they find it.
When I called, Amy answered the phone and she told me they have not found the phone yet but it's okay because I was able to deactivate it right after I found out that I lost it.
Even if my phone was not found, I really appreciate the proactiveness and sincerity of their staff to help me out even if I have not purchased anything yet.

Read moreThe only customer service offered to me was a half hearted, no eye contact "welcome in" , from cashier closest to the door. I then walked around for another 5 minutes, passing employees deep in conversation with eachother. When I finally found the items I was looking for, I literally had to interrupt a conversation to grab a shopping bag from an employee, who seemed surprised to see me standing there holding my items. I had intended to go in and perhaps ask questions about different types of face cream, but when employees don't bother to ask if they can help you find anything, I feel they don't want to be bothered at all. I was in the store for a total of 15 minutes and the only other time I was spoken to was, again, the cashier when she rung me up. I think I'll do my shopping on line next time, perhaps Amazon. I can expect more feedback reading reviews than expecting any help...
