Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I came here with my daughter for frozen yogurt, but since they did not have any, we decided to have the vanilla ice cream. We misunderstood the employee when she said that they had "vanilla." We assumed vanilla ice cream but she gave us fat free vanilla frozen yogurt. We didnt realize the mixup until after we had paid and tasted our orders. We returned to see if we could get them replaced. The young Asian employee insisted that it was our fault and that she had been clear. It wasnt a matter of right or wrong but a simple misunderstanding. She offered to replace them after she had proved us wrong. Dissatisfied with the service, we left and threw our ice creams away. We would have been fine with paying for another order but after the horrible customer service we were no longer interested. I hope she/they are trained properly in customer service...

Unfortunately we have had to deal with one very disrespectful and confrontational guest that came into our store on 4/10/2023 when she was done screaming and being over the top dramatic that was not enough for her she continued her rant all the way out to the parking lot where Myself two of my co-workers and my grandaughter were walking to our cars, she was still screaming and as she was leaving she swerved her car towards us !! Went in to use a birthday coupon on the last day it should have been valid. Their system wouldn’t take the coupon saying it was expired. Instead of having good customer service and honoring the coupon they had me leave. After contacting Baskin Robins, the manager reached out to me doubling down on their lack of customer service. Offering to try rescanning the coupon, which is now expired. If that is the only solution they can come up with they clearly don’t value customer service. I will not be eating ice cream here any longer. There are way better local options...
