Ooh La Luxe Clothing Boutique — Local services in Santa Rosa

Went into the location today, light weight looking for an outfit for a wedding. I wanted to look elegant, but with a beach vibe, and also something I could/would wear again. I say light weight looking because the boutique prices ( although totally reasonable ) is a smidge out of my range. Also my body is not the sterotypical "boutique clothing type". The gentleman working there (didn't get his name 😬) was AMAZING. He showed interest, was attentive, he authentically personable. He showed me options, he encouraged me to try items, I told myself I could never pull off... Like a Mall Mary Poppins he pulled together an outfit that was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I would never put that outfit together in a MILLION YEARS. He didn't even have to ask for the sale because I was basically throughing my money at him. He even created an outfit for my mom, while I was in the dressing room. I'm confident that you know how incredible of an associate you have. Someone that can sell, someone that gives incredible service, and genuinely made me feel pretty. Give him equity in your company and NEVER let him go. I will literally be returning to shop with him specifically. I have been lurking all night on social media to try and find him...JUST so I could personally thank him. I hope he see this, and knows what a huge impact he had on...

I don't know if it's just me they do it to but the employees follow me around like I'm going to steal and they are not slick at all. This is why I never buy anything from that store. I'll be looking around and feel SUPER...

Love the store and love the clothing. However, I think its ridiculous that you charge $5 for store pick-up... which is the same as shipping! Whats the point of store pick-up then?!...
