I’m quite disappointed to be writing this because I was a fan of Thai House for many years. Yesterday we ordered 5 things for takeout, and when we got home we realized that one of the dishes was not what we ordered. I called the restaurant to see if I could get a refund for the mistaken item. The woman who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude. After I explained the situation, she suddenly went “give me my food back” and accused me of being a DoorDash driver who took the wrong order. She never apologized once, said the owner would call me back because they are too busy, and hung up on me without taking my name or phone number. I called back 20 minutes later, and this time the lady kept cutting me off telling me they were busy and asking me for my name over and over as I was speaking. When I asked when I’d be called back, she said the owner would call after 9pm when the restaurant closes. She took my name and number this time, but I doubted I would get a call back. I drove back to the restaurant, wrong dish and receipt in tow, and asked politely for a refund. The girl who originally took our order and rang us up was there and she was really sweet and apologetic. But then the woman who had answered the phone came and was very dismissive of us, asking if we checked the back of the box for the missing dish(?!), and saying she can’t process the refund because the owner is busy. I couldn’t believe her attitude towards us when we had come back in person for a matter which could’ve been solved over the phone. When we re-explained our situation and provided the wrong dish and receipt as proof, the woman ran to the back for a few seconds then rushed back with a glare and rang up our refund. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to Thai House. It’s quite unfortunate because the food here is delicious and everyone else...

Went in last night at exactly 8:18pm and they close at 9:00pm. The server said they are only doing to go orders because they already started cleaning the kitchen. We were okay with that and asked to look at the menu. I have been coming here as a regular for years but my friend has never been here, so she needed to look at the menu. Once we started looking at the menu the server left to help a few other customers and came back only 2-3 minutes (8:23pm) later to ask if we could be sure to be out of the building by 9:00pm. She had not taken our to go order yet. So we just got up and left without ordering. I was so embarrassed for my friend that I even suggested this place. I honestly am never coming back now. The restaurant still had 40+ minutes til closing and we were fine to place a to go order. But being asked to hurry up and leave before the order was even placed was not...

Cute enough place upstairs on a nice street by the mall. Thai iced tea was amazing. Service was okay. Asked for no sprouts got a ton of sprouts in our pad thai. They remade it no problem. Would not recommend the pad thai though.. It was not very good. The pad see ewe with tofu was very tasty however. And the appetizers of coconut shrimp and wontons were great. However the bathroom is located at the end of a cold dank hallway and was just clean enough to use. Also just before our food arrived the waitress wiped down two near tables and the smell of BLEACH just about ruined our appetites. Next time we will give another new thai restaurant a try. This one overall was pretty good but not good enough to try another...

What a fantastic place for lunch. It wasn't super busy. Parking was bit tedious but fully expected with the restaurant being in a downtown area. You take a small suspicious looking elevator up to the location. But when you walk in, the place is quite nice and definitely has a thailand-like feel. The server was polite and checked on me regularly. Now for the food...the portions were great! I got the shrimp pad thai lunch special and had them give it an extra kick. The food was fantastic and the presentation was very nice! It had a nice calming atmosphere with lots of natural light (I sat near the entrance). All in all, five stars! Definitely recommend when you're in Santa Rosa!

Flew into Santa Rosa and was looking for Thai food close to my hotel. I fortunately found Thai House. The spring rolls, with a peanut sauce and a sweet and sour sauce, were delicious! And there were eight halves for a very affordable price. I ordered the Gang Pa and the flavor was incredible. It came with steamed white rice. It was full of every kind of Thai vegetable. I'm so glad my server steered me that direction. Her name was Gan and she was amazing!! It was a really great meal with impeccable service. I can't wait to try this place again. 🥰

This restaurant was recommended for it's delicious and authentic cuisine, by a Thai friend. I ordered the chicken wings with tamarind sauce which were tangy, sweet and just a hint of the kick of chili; miso ramen with shrimp that were perfectly prepared, and their eggs are more from than runny, but still soft, and the broth was flavorful. Also, this restaurant is upstairs in a cozy and quaint brick room that is airy and comfortably lit by sunlight. The food didn't take long to arrive, and the service was excellent.
