Nothing but perfection! I've lately been working instacart in tandem with doordash to maximize my earnings and I always get excited when an instacart order comes up for this shop partly because orders here usually pay well I don't have to actually pick up during the items, but also because the store isn't really big like a grocery store or Costco or something, but the main reason as a matter of fact actually has to do with the employees themselves.
They're always so helpful. I've never shopped here for myself and if I did I would be buying products for my wife, but she's never asked me to get anything from the store specifically although maybe someday I might consider trying to surprise her with something from here, but the fact is whenever I am here to shop for an instacart to deliver to a customer, since I'm not exactly going to be familiar with we're really anything is at the store fortunately there's always an employee that's willing to help me look for items.
I'm sorry I'm really bad at remembering names but there is a blond woman who I think is in her early to mid-twenties maybe younger who has tattoos and is shorter than me but not like short short, I don't know we're description but anyways whatever she's there she's always willing to help and even if she's not there I can still get help from other employees since I'm just not really familiar with where things are and it makes my job to shop instacart orders for customers really easy here and I really appreciate that.
They are definitely very nice and helpful people. It also appears to be a pretty great atmosphere at the store to with lots...
Read moreThe staff on-site are not adequately trained on informing shoppers on the difference between the Beauty Insider program and the Sephora Credit Card program. I was told that I was applying for the membership program but was then directed to I put my social security number and my income levels into the Point of Sale system. When I flagged this to the staff, I was not informed of the difference in programs. It was not until I called a friend who works at Sephora corporate that I realized I had been up sold by associates into a credit card and NOT the Beauty Insider program that I returned to the store to request my application be cancelled, as I was not informed I was applying for a credit card. It was only at that point I received the (required by law) data sheet for the Sephora Visa Credit Card. I would strongly recommend better training for associates at this site regarding credit card policies and consumer opt-ins for preventing future investigations. Specifically, staff need to be trained to give consumers the printed data sheets for Sephora membership and loyalty programs before or at opt-in, not when returning to the store to request their applications be canceled to prevent hard pulls on their...
Read moreI know that right now we are all going through some hard times and this generation just doesn’t want to work. But for workers to want some respect from customers I can see why now people are so fed up with shopping at places in person and would rather shop online. There was an employee by the name of Angelica who was beyond rude and should not be working at Sephora. If you’re going to ask about a product do not ask that young lady. She will just slab a product across your face and just say “do you like it” and it will be a shade that is way too light or too dark for your face almost like she is doing it on purpose. I then asked well does it look like it matches to get an opinion and because she’s an employee and works there you would think she would have some sort of knowledge but she proceeded to not care. Also when I asked for help she rolled her eyes took a deep breath and said “sure” like I’m sorry that you are miserable at your job and you chose to do your job with a nasty attitude. Angelica also made sure to tell me her name at the end that she helped me in order to get commission But all she did was remind me why I would rather shop online then go...
