Went into the Santa rosa plaza Pandora to get my niece a birthday gift (charm bracelet with charms) Rachel and all of the ladies in the store where extremely friendly , smiling and greeted me right away! Rachel was the sales lady who happily helped me put together a charm bracelet that was a absolutely memorable/sentimental gift to give that she can always add her favorite charms to or be gifted more charms! my fiancé and I We’re very happy that our niece LOVED the bracelet birthday gift that Rachel helped me put together for her by patiently and so professionally showing me different options of so many beautiful charms she had recommended while not pushing or rushing me to make a choice. (Which I bought all of the ones she helped me piece together for the bracelet) also , Rachel was absolutely right about the sizing of the bracelet & recommending that I buy a charm clamp to keep them from falling off and although my niece wasn’t there when it was purchased... it was PERFECT! She went above and beyond while anticipating my needs! Amazing employees and location! Will be coming back to shop here...

Customer service is horrible. My mom and myself went into the store to purchase some charms and spacers for her bracelet, the 3-4 girls working at the time didn’t seem to want to be bothered with greeting us or showing us products we were interested in. They made us feel like we were interrupting them from sitting around talking, the one younger girl who helped us seemed rushy and completely annoyed the whole time. She made a comment about prices of an item we were looking at and handed us a booklet telling us we could order online if we manage to find something. Needless to say we left without purchasing as we want to take our business online or another kiosk. I will never step foot into this pandora again.

I buy my girlfriend and mom Pandora charms so frequently, that the store in Roseville knows me by name. When I moved to Santa Rosa, i visited this store frequently. In a 12-month period i spent ~$2,000 in the store. Unfortunately, I found across numerous visits the staff to be extremely rude and pushy. I only tolerated it because I was busy, parking was free, and I didn't want to deal with using Pandora's website -- It's faster to find the charm you want to fit a certain occasion when someone is there to help you.

Between how rude and pushy the staff act, and the fact that parking is no longer free, I've been shopping with Pandora online for the last several months. I have no plans to return to the...
