My son and I were in the store looking for Christmas gifts for his grandmother. We had stopped to get ice cream before we walked in, as I’m sure most tourists do. My son, who is 9 years old, was asked to take the ice cream outside. No problem, I understand kids can be messy. He had an item in his hand we had not yet purchased, so I told him to put it back so we could go outside and finish our ice cream. While he was in the process of returning the item, the clerk said, comdescendingly, to another patron, “did he not hear me?”. I don’t understand why the expectation is for a 9 year old little boy to immediately run out of the store because he had ice cream in his hand or why she believed it was appropriate to imply my son was deaf because he didn’t do so… either way, we will never visit this establishment again and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same. The clerk should be embarrassed and ashamed of...

We love this store!!! They have a little bit of everything. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of how we were treated on 6/30/24 between 5:00-5:30 pm. My husband and I picked out some t-shirts and a few other things. I asked one of the associates (dark hair, bob style haircut, & thick accent). My husband asked her if she could help us, and she was so rude!!! She told my husband that she was busy (steaming clothes). My husband said so does that mean you're not going to help us and she said when I'm done... Unacceptable customers come first!!! Ridiculously unprofessional. Do not spend your money here. While browsing and had a small accident with a broken small candle holder. They made us feel small and untrustworthy. It would be different if we were shopping at a very high class place while this is a small mom and pop shop. So disrespectful and unfortunate that we wanted to support this small shop that sells childrens clothes and then we were shown disrespect while an accident with a child’s bag occurred.
