Admittedly a large part of my review is due to a one-off situation that has nothing to do with the store as a whole, however it says everything you need to know about the people who work here. I was walking around the area when I took a breather/crouched down next to their store. I walked away and went to dinner only to realize I had lost my wallet. It had fallen out of my pocket outside of the Gallery, a fantastic human brought it into Gallery and gave it to one of the gentleman that worked there. This man could have put it in the desk for safe keeping and dealt with it the next day but he went so far above and beyond that he tracked me down via the internet and got my phone number and called me ON THE FOURTH OF JULY later in the evening to let me know he had it. Wow, this phone call put my night at ease and made me so elated. I went back today to get my wallet and bought a great framed photo of Larry Bird, Bobby Orr and Ted Williams which they are mailing directly to my old home in Boston where it will go into a silent auction at a Charity Golf Tournament. I had to pay it forward! Thank you to… Paul? (I believe… god I’m terrible with names!) for calling me and...
Read moreThe guy working the store (I’m assuming the owner) was very rude! From the very second my family and I entered the store the man was very short. My brother in law (a young black teenager), was watched like a hawk and could not look or touch anything without being talked to and told the price of what he was looking at. When my sister grabbed his hand before we left, the man shook his head and mumbled under his breath “unbelievable”. My fiancé then asked what he said because he thought he was talking to us. All he said was “oh I wasn’t talking to you.” Even though we were the only people in his store. Also, while shopping, my fiancé couldn’t find what he was looking for. The man went to the back and brought out a half finished piece of poster board with pictures of his team on it. You could probably make what he sells in his store at home for a very small price, throw it in a frame, and call it a day without spending...
Read moreWhile visiting in Florida my family and We walked into The Stadium Gallery while shopping in St. Armand circle. Leah was the sales associate and she was very rude! She first made a smart remark about my brother in law being weird for talking on the phone. She stayed on her phone texting the whole time with many families and customers coming in and out of the store. Many sales were lost. We are huge Red Sox fans and would have bought a framed photo but not with the bad customer service she gave. Upon leaving we picked up a business card and she asked if we had any questions-we say no and she very rudely and sarcastically laughs in our face! So rude!! Wouldn't purchase a thing from...
