My experience at the Sarasota location was very pleasant. The store was well designed and immaculate, and the pieces were quite beautiful. I have been thinking of buying something for my mother for this upcoming Mother's Day, so I decided to see what they had. I was looking around the store when I was approached by Dalton, one of the salespeople. I told them I was simply checking out what they had available and how I was considering buying something for Mother's Day. Dalton politely proceeded to take me on a tour of the store, explaining the pieces of each section, and inquiring about what they thought my mom might might like. Dalton was quite knowledgeable, not only of the stones and inventory, but also of fashion sense in general. I appreciated how calm and informative the tour was. At the end of the exchange, I said I would take some time to think it over. Dalton was quite easy going about my decision and gave me a business card in case I had any questions. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I bought myself this necklace that had my puppy’s birthstone on it and it was everything to me as it reminds me of my puppy when I am not with her. I usually take it off before I go to sleep and put it in the same spot every night, and one day I got home and my siblings made a complete mess out of my room and my necklace was lost :( I haven’t been able to find it since, and so I went to The Landing Company to see if they had any warranty on replacing my lost necklace and so I explained what had happened to Jojo and she was the one who sold me the necklace and she remembered me, was so sweet, and said that they were doing a raffle for a free necklace and told me that I should enter just in case. My husband has been wanting this “Islander Classic” ring for months but they didn’t have it in his size and said they are not sure when it will be back in stock. Joanne was so wonderful and said she’ll let us know when it’ll be back in stock. She messaged me a couple months later and said it’s back in stock and she’ll put it aside for us for whenever we can come in and get it. 2 weeks later, today i went in and she did have it there waiting for me. I am so thankful that she put it aside and didn't sell it to anyone else because we’ve wanted this ring so bad. I am very happy with how incredibly helpful and nice she’s been!
