Do not purchase from this company!! There products are junk AND they do not allow returns and even lied to my credit card company. I purchased several hundred dollars of merchandise one of which was a cz bracelet for $70.00. They day I put it on it broke right in half, I love 4 hours away and called this jewelry store and asked if they could exchange this for another or give me a store credit. The lady said she would call me back because she wasnt sure. I called three times and they never returned my calls. I then reported it to my credit card company and according to my credit card company Simmons Jewelry lied and said they explained the return policy at the time of purchase. Complete lie!!! This is exactly the kind of shop I was looking for! Great selection of beautiful jewelry at affordable prices. The inside is very organized and the shop employees (or owners) gave me a tray to put the jewelry I was looking to buy inside while shopping. They had so many cute pieces that I had to stop myself from buying more than a few things. Ended up getting 2 pairs of earrings and a necklace, all sterling silver for about $85 total.
