What an incredible Mother’s Day stay at cirque st.Armands! We thank you so much. We was greeted by Juliet and Nico at front desk, they was so pleasant. Hotel was very as Mother’s Day weekend and I believe a wedding, but we was seen so fast and efficient to our room. We visit St Armand’s regular as we love just to park car and walk around St Armand’s. The hotel is a few minutes walk, which we loved. The foyer of hotel is so cool and very well decorated. Very clean and cozy. On each floor there is an ice machine with ice bagged up, a filtered water machine, with some fruits and cookies. Always clean. Now to the room. We had 701, which was superb, as we had a bay view but also had an ocean view. Which we loved sitting on. Nice furniture on balcony. The room was super clean and modern. We travel and love a clean bathroom, which was also so clean. The room staff are phenomenal at keeping rooms so clean, I know it’s a new hotel but was super clean. The room was so comfortable, the bed was perfect. We had some good rest. There is a nice size tv. Fridge and safe. There is also robes, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The bathroom are so well decorated and modern and clean. Beautiful aromatherapy accessories. Soft towels. Very nice. The nightly turn down service lady is incredible. She made the rooms look amazing and kept rooms refreshed with all we need. We made a point on last night to call reception and asked if we can meet her and thank her with a tip. There is a small comfortable pool, and you can use the lido resort facilities ( beach club) which is 2 minutes walk. Or like we done, just crossed the street to beach. Took 10 seconds . Now to the restaurant at hotel!! This is the jewel in an already beautiful crown!! Seriously, the food was incredible! We usually go eat every night at st Armand’s, which we did first night. But the next morning my wife said let’s just eat breakfast at hotel. We wasn’t disappointed! The lobster Benedict was first class and the traditional breakfast was also great. Our young sever Renato was absolutely pleasure , he helped us choose and was just a knowledgeable and pleasant young man. He also was our guy on final day breakfast, which we was happy for( thanks Renato) We also ate Mother’s Day dinner at hotel as we stepped out to eat and everywhere was crazy busy. So my wife again said let’s just chill back at hotel. Again wife was right(as always lol) We went to hotel and Jacob who was seating people, asked if we had a reservation (as was Mother’s Day) we said no, as we wasn’t going to eat at hotel. He kindly said go to bar and grab a quick drink and He will get us a table. Which he did, we had a beer and Jacob came for us( thanks Jacob) We had a nice Italian server called Niel. And gain food was incredible. The roast chicken was amazing. And the desert! On my gosh!!! A coconut dream desert. The chefs at hotel are amazing, the food presentation was stunning and taste incredible! I highly recommend hotel restaurant. In all the hotel is so well maintained, clean and staff are super friendly Please don’t change!! Keep up those standards and you will be a successful hotel. Your team are great. We are already planning a return in November, just to chill. Agian many thanks Renato,Jacob, niel(restaurant) Nico,Juliet front desk. If I could give 10...
Read moreIn January I booked (2) gulf view rooms at the Cirque St Armand hotel for $700/night for a stay in mid March. I booked this on their website. On March 3rd my friend asked about the hotel we are staying at so it peaked my interest and I went online to check out the hotel again. I noticed the message still said “opening in early 2025” and that the hotel was not taking any reservations until March 28th. Apparently there are delays in opening the hotel, which I completely understand. But my frustration is that I was never sent any communication and my stay is in less than 2 weeks. I'm now scrambling to find a place and paying premium pricing for rooms. And my communication with Opal Hotels has been extremely frustrating. Given the situation I would have expected them to provide some type of compensation for my inconvenience especially since I was the one to figure out my reservations were not available. I’m not sure when they would have actually called me to tell me. I think they could have offered a discount at the replacement hotel that was not at the location we wanted to be at. But they offered nothing except to move our reservation to another one of their sister hotels. We have stayed at the Opal hotel in Key West and really liked it but this has made me disappointed in Opal and I will likely never stay at one of their hotels again. Here are the calls it took to get information: March 3: I search online and realize it looks like the hotel isn’t taking reservations until the end of March. At 10:33 am Called 941-388-5555 on hold for 11 minutes and then transferred to a voicemail. March 3: At 10:44 am called 877-905-4501 and was on hold for 10 minutes and then got a message that this number was not being answered and to call 866-258-7247 Called number and they confirmed that the hotel would not be open during the dates I had reserved and someone would call me to see if I wanted to reschedule to another date once the hotel is open or move to the Lido Hotel further from St Armand’s Circle. I tried to express my frustration of the situation and there was no other comment other than someone would eventually contact me. March 3: Knowing I needed to resolve this as soon as possible since my dates were close, I called back at 1:50 to ask what my options were. They transferred me to Lido Beach who told me a manager would call me. March 5: 2 days later and nobody has called. I called 866-258-7247 and was told the only thing they can do is book me at one of their sister hotels at the same rate. I expressed frustration that nobody contacted me. The rep actually said she couldn’t be sure nobody called or emailed me. So I guess basically calling me a liar? I just had them cancel my 2 rooms and I will rebook somewhere else. I even told them I would be posting their very first review and it would be one star and they...

Even before we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. I received text messages welcoming us a couple of days before and on the day of arrival. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel like valued guests rather than just travelers passing through. We even received complimentary sparkling wine as a welcome. A special mention goes to Jillian at the front desk for this special welcome. Every detail was thoughtfully curated in this hotel. The décor was exquisite. A Ringling Circus–inspired décor with a whimsical, historic flair. This theme seamlessly extends into the beautiful, spotless guest rooms. As someone who appreciates history this was the cherry on top…. or perhaps, a waiter spontaneously bringing us complimentary mango sorbet at the pool to quench the heat and thirst could also be the cherry on top. The amenities were outstanding: the pool area was serene and perfectly maintained, the pool lounge chairs felt comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is perfectly located a few steps from the beach; however, they have a complementary shuttle that takes you to their sister hotel Lido Beach resort where you can enjoy the private section of the beach as well as enjoy beach chairs, and umbrellas (these last for a small extra fee). This shuttle also takes you to the nearby St. Armand circle for shopping and dining options. But, who needs them when their breakfast, lunch, and dining options were nothing short of extraordinary? Each meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. What impressed us the most was the attention to detail and their customer service. Even a small repair to our room door was handled promptly and with grace. Special mention to Jillian, Toni, Zeke at the bar and, at their sister hotel in the pool/beach area, Rafael and Christian. This hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. If you’re looking for comfort, elegance, and service that goes above and beyond, look no further. We can’t...
