Great atmosphere to hangout with friends, play nostalgic and Japanese games, only $20 entrance for unlimited games, changed my 4 star review from 2021 to 1 star because this place had inattentive, uncaring employees. and there were at least 10 games out of commission. We were required to pay $20 for a 5 yr old who barely did anything but push buttons on games, and we were not offered $10 for her entrance and no games. Kitchen employee eith green hair and fixzy ears was pretty rude. The first time I came to order she took her phone and went around the corner instead of acknowledging me. The second time was offered free shots to minors I was with for google reviews, yet completely disregarded the actual adults who ordered. I ordered loaded fries and a hotdog and a drink. Simple. I agreed to onions on the hotdog yet they there was none. Literally watch the chef cook it when I brought it to the attention which means he simply didn’t want to prior. The fries should’ve been cheese & bacon fries with a side of cilantro garlic sauce and nacho cheese. Out of cheese & sauce. The main reason for me wanting fries. We were not compensated nor did it look like she even wanted to help make it right. She kept complaining that drink I ordered took work to shake out the can. Had many teenagers playing without wristbands even though “they have security” to patrol and ensure that doesn’t happen, seems like these kids were friends with the employees but it’s frustrating we paid $20 for a kid not playing but this was allowed even when they were aware. This place was amazing in 2021, better food, better vibes, caring and attentive staff. I’m okay never coming back. INo management around when I asked.

Miracle was an absolute pleasure to have as a bartender. That’s on period. On the contrary, the food is cheaply made. The pretzel is very large and decent but the chicken tenders are high-school lunch room quality. It’s as if they shred the chicken and add the most minimal amount of batter to hold it together. It’s not a very pleasant texture. The sauces that come with the tenders are also highly processed and not enjoyable (save the hot sauce). I also do not like the fact that the owner requires effeminate looking individuals to work at the bar. No masculine presentation is aloud which I think is sexist by nature. There is also a requirement of “flair” that these bartenders sport. If you have ever seen the movie office space, it’s the same energy but worse. They are supposed to wear fuzzy leg warmers fishnets and bracelets as if it’s not hot as hell in this Florida heat, I just know that they are dying. Finally I didn’t use the arcade facilities but have in the past and there are some very decent games to play upstairs if you want some 90’s nostalgia. This place is average in terms of arcades 6/10 or 3/5 but gets less points because of its ethics.

Edited 1yr later: There truly is too many people getting bent out of shape about the price. Paying $20 equates to individually paying for each game for an hour of play. Any other arcade would easily have a bill of $40+per person after an hour. I stood in line watching families harass the employees about the price when the sign is right there! Disgraceful! And the same goes for the cashless sign. They have always been cashless, with how much they get harassed its a good thing they dont let those girls handle cash!! The employees truly make this place ☆☆☆☆☆+. Emily took care of us spectacularly. Best arcade I have ever seen! I am a huge fan of pinball and this place has so many machines. I also enjoy the later hours with all of the UV lights. I bring all of my friends here and not a single bad experience. Shoutout to Fenwick, absolutely amazing!!

I frequent Arcade Monsters often and have become friends with much of the staff there over the years it has been open. However most recently I am very disappointed with what the owner and upper management has been doing with this location.

For starters I was shocked to see that the drinks and coolers at what should be the bar have been moved to the kitchen. What is now the "bar", if you can call it that, is now a very unprofessional looking table in front an open and empty kitchen to which you can see inside of, including the storage in the back. Not to mention that this new bar location is next to the restrooms, which in my opinion is a disgusting place to be serving drinks near. I can no longer chat with the bartenders in what should be an interactive bar experience as it has been.

I'm also disappointed by the fact that they no longer serve food aside from the weekends. I would often come in during the weekdays after work to have a Cuban or hot wings while mingling with the bartenders before playing video games but it seems that is longer an option.

On top of that, they have also taken away entertainment from the bar too. While yes the do have several Nintendo Switches lining the bar, they once used to stream anime and other shows from Netflix. But now that has been replaced by menu screens when the menu was already available through a QR code. It's just plain redundant.

I really hope things change soon for this location because as of right now, I do not see myself wanting to hang out here like I used. I am very upset by the choices made by management to try and make this place "better". The owner had it right when they first opened the place but it seems the term "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" is lost among them. Get your act together Arcade Monsters,...
