The seafood here and everything under the sun are made from scratch with culinary talent that’s up there with me. Finally a place I can say cooks good food in fact let me rephrase that Damm fantastically amazing food. Kevin the server is the only server I’ll ask for when I return in a week. This guy knows the food, the menu and the drinks and what pairs with what meal and with what drink. The most horrendous experience I’ve ever had at a Tommy Bahama, Thomas Wade treated us like scum when we’ve been loyal customers for over a decade. We entrusted in the Tommy Bahama brand (like always when we travel) to provide an upscale experience and we’re met with nothing but smugness by what seemed like a sad worker.

I don’t know what the guy has going on personally, but I expect professionalism coming from this brand and it was our worst experience ever, genuinely considering our loyalty and will never return to this specific location. While I was vacationing in Sarasota in early March, I wanted to bring small gifts for my adult children. Tommy Bahama Store on St. Armand's Cicle had fragrant, beautifully fabric-wrapped mango soap with decorative soap dishes to match the fabric wrapping. "Perfect," I thought. When I unpacked the items at home, I noticed that each soap dish had a small sticker on the back indicating that those soap dishes could cause cancer. I was appalled. How can Tommy Bahama in good conscience sell such a dangerous product? I threw away the soap dishes and will never shop again at Tommy Bahama...
