We ordered some beautiful furniture from Soft Square in Naples back in October 2019 for delivery in May 2020. However, Covid intervened resulting us in having to fly home to the UK before taking delivery. Whilst in the UK, we then learnt that the Naples branch had closed and we were genuinely concerned. Well, we returned to Naples last week, over 2 years after we placed the original order, and the furniture was delivered the day after we returned. We are delighted with everything, Soft Square had stored all of our furniture for over two years, did not even discuss charging us for storage and constantly reassured us that the furniture was safe and they were ready to deliver as soon as we returned. This store is the only store in Florida that we have encountered with such high quality contemporary furniture but with the staff to match. Every person we dealt with from Jordan in the Naples store to Jason in Sarasota have been fantastic - polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for beautiful exquisitely manufactured home furnishings then look no further than Soft Square. The staff is exceptional. We worked with Jason and Ashton who were a true pleasure to work with. Ashton came to our home and made the process of picking out items including a bedroom set, bar stools and a sectional truly easy and enjoyable. We took delivery of the items today and could not have asked for a more smooth install. The two gentlemen were clean, very cautious, quiet and incredibly respectful while working in our home. The whole experience was remarkable given the stories one hears when buying new furniture. My wife and I could not be happier and I am confident that new clients of Soft Square would feel the same way. Do yourself a favor and splurge. I have been working with Jason and his staff the last few years on my Interior Design projects and they are all professional and knowledgeable. The fact that we have access to such fantastic French & Italian Brands at our fingertips in Sarasota is so convenient. When I'm working on a more contemporary project, I usually schedule a meeting with Jason to see everything that is new-new and then review materials etc. for my clients. It's also great that they can pop in and in many cases try out an existing chair or look at the quality of the lighting they are considering.
