I've been going to 10Ten and have been trained by Dylan for just over a year. In that time, I've put on quite a bit of strength and have dramatically normalized my inflammation markers. I feel younger and people tell me I look younger. I go only once a week, and because of that I've asked Dylan to use every trick in his book to attempt to replicate some of the results one might normally get from going twice a week. He is quite conversant with the different theories and the science of how to train with optimal benefit for the least amount of time invested, and has designed a high intensity program for me that includes very slow multi-joint movements, dropsets, supersets, static holds, assisted positives, forced negatives, and a variety of other techniques. Dylan believes in mixing up the exercises and techniques, and I never know exactly what to expect when I show up. And literally every single time I go to train, Dylan shows me that I have the ability to go a little further than I did the last time, and a little further than I think I can.
Other reviewers have written about how much they enjoy training at 10Ten. Because I've asked Dylan to train me in as intense a style as possible, the word "enjoyment" doesn't exactly come to my mind about my weekly deep experience there. :-) Frankly, if you ask Dylan to train you in this style, it's hard work and very challenging! But I do get a lot of enjoyment and satisfaction from the increased vitality, aliveness, and confidence, that I experience the rest of the week.
I also like Dylan and the staff there (Aaron, Allison, and all the others) very much personally, and the way they form a "team" with their clients to achieve goals. I've been a member of 10Ten Fitness for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Dylan and his staff are top-notch. The workouts are designed to be short but highly efficient, allowing me to fit them into my schedule without sacrificing the quality of my fitness routine. Each session leaves me feeling energized and accomplished, making it easy to stay motivated. Additionally, the gym itself is always clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment.
My trainer, Melinda, is exceptional and truly understands how to bring out the best in her clients. Her approach to fitness is both supportive and challenging. She has worked with me through injuries and has been able to navigate around them so that I can still enjoy an effective work out despite some limitations. Melinda tailors each workout to meet my individual goals, making every session feel personalized and rewarding. And, in addition to her expertise, she’s also a good person and genuinely cares about you and your fitness goals.
