BD's Discount & Furniture — Local services in Saugus

I went to BD's furniture at the Square One Mall this past week after being recommended by a friend who recently purchased a beautiful, affordable dinning set. I went into the store with the highest expectations, and seen very nice furniture displayed. I wanted to buy a living room set and I needed some help from a store associate finding something within my budget, as there were no price tags on a lot of the furniture sets. I looked around the store and one of the saleswomen was laying on a couch, on her phone completely ignoring my request for assistance and pointed me to an older woman who must have been the manager. This woman too completely ignored me. The woman was screaming and I mean screaming at another employee who was carrying boxes on a dolly. The other customers in the store were horrified and turned around and left. It was very uncomfortable for me and my children so I left the store too. I was expecting to be welcomed by an associate who would be able to help and I was unable to find that anywhere. I am thoroughly disappointed at the customer service in this store by the people who work there. I'll take my business elsewhere to somewhere where they care about...

I was introduced to this store by mom who has bought blinds at the Lynn location near Walmart and found that they have opened many new locations ever since. The most recent and nearest to my parents location is off of Squire Rd where the Sozio’s burnt down. We’ve bought some furniture here couch , bed, small kitchen table. Only complaint is the bed did not have a stable support and my parents in law who were visiting at the time had sore backs every morning , which I learned from my wife, after they returned to China. Good prices and variety, good service on the delivery, but I could see some improvements to make it a 4 or 5 star...

I went into Bob's furniture in Saugus with no clue where to begin as a first time home buyer with a newly aquired empty house. I worked with a sales associate named Stephen James. His expert knowledge of the inventory, experienced judgement, and professionalism helped guide me flawlessly through the process of furnishing almost every room in my house. And to top it off he came up with a great warranty plan for all my furniture that fits my budget! I could not be more pleased with the services he provided me and will continue to do business with him faithfully....
