Horrible customer service.

I came in for a return after I purchased a $45 item with tags. The receipt was not given to me at the store yet they wouldn’t take my return unless I had a receipt. The middle aged woman who work at the front was very rude and defensive even when I asked for a store credit (which is in their policy). She kept saying she gave me a receipt when she didn’t and made it seem like it was my fault. She only allowed for me to swap out the item with the same item (???) then proceeded to tell me that the item was out of stock and couldn’t be switched out.

I left the store with the item I wanted to return and $45 lost. I am disappointed in her attitude and will not be buying...

My experience with Runa's crafts is always wonderful. I could never go in and not buy anything. My birthday is a couple of days away, so I was given a gift of buying what I wanted in which I did. This is not my first time visiting the store, so I know there are a lot of beautiful things to buy. You can't go wrong. im just saying. I will always go back even though it's not close to home for me it's worth the drive. These photos show the front and back of this sweater slash coat it's very warm, not a think sweater for me. And not to mention awesome...

All clothes are from Ecuador, very good prices for handcrafted stuff. Also have hammocks, flutes, blankets, and so forth. I bought a great patterned pullover perfect for the summer music...
