I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Top Crab, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of service I received was nothing short of atrocious, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth.
First and foremost, our server, Tay, displayed a remarkably bad attitude throughout our entire meal. It became apparent that she had no interest in providing a pleasant dining experience. Not only did she repeatedly mess up our receipts, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration, but she also took the audacity to add her own tip to the bill. This act of dishonesty is completely unacceptable and speaks volumes about the lack of integrity displayed by the staff at Top Crab.
When we confronted Tay about her behavior, hoping for some resolution or, at the very least, an apology, she responded with an astonishing level of rudeness. Her disrespectful demeanor not only added fuel to the fire but caused an uproar among the patrons who were witnessing the incident. It is deeply disappointing to see a restaurant employ individuals who have no regard for basic courtesy and customer service.
What transpired next was even more alarming. Instead of taking the situation seriously, the owners of Top Crab found humor in the chaos unfolding before them. Their laughter and apparent lack of concern only served to exacerbate an already tense and uncomfortable environment. To make matters worse, some of the other workers seemed to take it upon themselves to threaten and attack us, further escalating the situation beyond belief. This kind of violent behavior is absolutely inexcusable and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer safety and well-being.
It is truly disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and respect within a supposedly reputable establishment like Top Crab. I strongly urge potential diners to steer clear of this restaurant, as the service is abysmal, the staff is hostile, and the owners seem to find entertainment in the mistreatment of their patrons. Save yourself the trouble and find a more deserving establishment to enjoy your...
Read moreThis place is awful, I have witness fights, the bartenders are young and very childish. When reported to management CiCi she sided with the workers and ask us to move from the bar and sit to a table and someone else could serve us. The bartenders Sha and Dasia have been reported to the owners and management, but yet they keep these same young girls at the bar. I have witness the bartender Dasia call her boyfriend to fight females because of her and them arguing. I even reported this to management and to the owners and nothing was done. If these girls don't like you they will not serve you management will not do anything about it . Management will not rotate servers. These same rude and disrespectful ladies are kept at the bar regardless of what customers report. Prices for champagne in which CiCi go out to the package shop and get changes with these bartenders, Shay and Dasia. We have paid 100.00, 75.00 and sometimes 55.00 Although Belair is not on the menu. This place was once a great place to go, now I wouldn't step foot back into this place. It is ghetto and more like a child club than a restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Service is poor, management is poor. If you don't want to get stabbed, jumped on or not served then I advise you not to ever go to Top Crab. Fights are common at this place. Disrespect from servers are common at this place. It is just a awful place to go. Please...
Read moreSharing my experience which has nothing to do with the waitress but everything to do with the food and management. I ordered a seafood combo which included snow crab legs, shrimps and clams. After eating a leg from my cluster I noticed that the meat was over cooked (mushy.) I then tried a second leg and noticed that it was still mushy so I called over my waitress. The waitress then went to get who I assumed was the manager and she asked me what was wrong. I explained the crab legs are overcooked and showed her the meat. She then asked me where was the other leg (and pulled a crab shell out of the bucket sarcastically asking if that was it) and I told her yes that I ate it, (this is the only way to know that it's overcooked, also it was the smaller leg) She then said that she can only replace the cluster minus the leg I ate and the one I've started to eat. Leaving me with 3 crab legs on a cluster, no consideration for the fact that they were overcooked. I felt like I was being treated like someone who was trying to rip them off when I didn't ask for any money to be refunded, I just asked for properly cooked crabs. She indeed brought me back a cluster that was missing two legs. I will never visit this place again or recommend anyone else due to the poor customer service. I still gave the waitress a nice tip because she was really nice and...
