I will start by saying I usually never write reviews, this is my second ever review written. I’m giving them 2 stars because the lady that was helping me was really helpful, she was nice and went through everything with me nicely...however my experience was pretty awful. So I neeeded jerseys for my soccer team and my teammate sent me there because they had “good reviews”, I ordered 17 jerseys from Nike from the store I ordered them on July 30th and needed them by August 12th, the lady who took care of me told me that they should be there before the 12th. Mind you they asked me to pay half since the lady was very helpful I decided to pay full because I trusted them. August 9th never heard anything from them, called them they told me that they’re waiting on the shirts they don’t know when they’re coming in. Found out they wouldn’t get there for our first game. First game is on the 12th we have no jerseys youd think since we’re new customers they would try hard so we do business again with them, but they told us they couldn’t do anything for us, so after complaining over and over, over the phone they decided they would put numbers on a white shirt that we would have to buy with our own money after spending $600+ at their store. That was the only option they gave us. Since we’re all adults and have jobs and don’t have time to come in individually and get numbers put in the back of a white t shirt we decided to not go with that option. So we ended up spending more money on white shirts on top of the 600$ we paid and drew numbers with a marker. These types of businesses don’t care about their customers or customer service . We didn’t get our jerseys till the 16th and I will never go back there for business. I’m sure other soccer places like that would love to do our jerseys for the future and would actually care about their new customers. Sunday, August 4th - No update from European Sports. I called the store and checking the status of the orders but the orders are not ready yet. One of the managers promised me that a European Sports sale representative or she will contact back to me the next day with the update but nothing happened.
Sunday, August 11th – I called and talked with the same lady manager but still no update. She promised again that either herself or a European Sports sale representative will contact me the next day.
Monday, August 12th - No update from the European Sports. I called them again and finally had a chance to speak to the owner of the company (Sheila). She called me back on the same day and the order will be ready by Thursday evening and promised to me call me when the order is ready.
Tuesday, August 13th - I received a phone call from the lady manager (not the owner) and she told me that the orders won't be ready due to a shortage on one of the game jersey.
Thursday, August 14th - I called the store around 12:30 pm and check the order status base on the phone call from Tuesday. The owner was very upset and told me that why are you calling me at noon. I told the owner that I received a phone call from one of your people that the order won't be ready due to a shortage. She was very upset and blaming her employees and said to me "I will fire them all".
I am going to pick my orders tonight and I hope all orders are correct. I don't want to make any dramas again with this place. I asked them many times that stay behind the words and promises but I wish the owner doesn't fire all their employees. I hope the owner can see and check their problems and leaning from all mistakes. It took 65 days... it is longer than 1500 hours and almost 18% of 2019...

Read moreWe ordered our jersey kit online before deadline. So to give dates, we placed order 5/16 and was informed via email that my order is being processed with an expected completion date of 5/31! Since I have not received any communication about updated status if my order, I sent email on 6/6 to check the status. Got no response so I finally decided to make a call on 6/8 to ask. When I told them I sent emails asking about status but got no response they said “there was an email sent yesterday and this morning” which was a lie as I got no emails from European Sports since 5/17! They said my order should be completed any day now as I told them my daughter has her first game 6/20!To fast forward, I sent them another email asking for an updated status on 6/14. 2 days later, no response! Today is 6/17 still no jersey kit and game is in 3 days. Planning on making another phone call today (just so I can hear:” your order will be completed any dayI”) Also one parent from team said he stopped by the store last week although they told him his order was not completed and guess what, he stopped by same day just because he was in the area and his order was actually completed! Sounds like very disorganized business to me. I have not visited the store but when I do I hope I will be able to agree with 4-5 star reviews. For online orders and customer service unfortunately I would give 0 stars.
