Lovesac — Local services in Schaumburg Township

Awful overall experience!, and still don’t have our LoveSacs!!?? They literally lost our order, and even after providing order number and payment confirmation via our credit card, the top sales representative and the manager of LoveSac didn’t ever return our call or correspondence, after thoroughly promising they would look into matter and were a hundred percent certain they’d find order and get back to us that same day. That was well over a week ago, and not even the decency of the promised phone call or email.

Sure they’ll offer no discount or other options to make up for their errors, as they seemed to have a “we our LoveSac “ attitude looking back in hindsight.

Nonetheless, still nothing we ordered has arrived, but this is our 5th email asking us to tell them how much we are enjoying their furniture, lol.

Don’t bother with ordering from them, unless you’ve got a ton of time on your hands to follow up with them on your order, and a ton more time to wait for...

First time in the store and our sales rep, Matt, was worth a full 5 stars! He was patient, attentive, & knowledgeable to the point of even knowing which fabric is the most forgiving for multi-pet households like mine. My rating comes more from the product itself, which is astronomically expensive for pieces you have to assemble yourself- If I buy a $10k piece of furniture, it darn well better come with white glove service! There are very few pieces/ styles to choose from and barely any accessories (what few options they do have are also expensive and impractical). Not to mention, the sactionals themselves aren't that comfortable- I really don't get what the fuss is about :/ If you like to follow "furniture trends" and your back can take subpar comfort, I guess this would be the choice for you. Got told about this place from a friend that bought from here. Vut wow what Horrible service I received today went there to buy couches for both my homes. I couldn't get the workers to answer any questions. the woman worker was busy actually helping a customer. there was also to 2 men there that were to busy messing around and talking to each other even think about helping us or explain to us how everything works. we started to leave after 20 mins of trying to figure all it out on our own. the men asked me do u have more questions. I looked at him and said you didn't even come talk to us or even try to help us so no now that it has been 20 mins I'm leaving must be nice to get paid and not help or even work and just make it a chill spot we are customers we came here to learn about ur product and purchase one.
