MINISO — Local services in Schaumburg Township

I enjoy shopping there it has a lot of verity! Sometimes hit or miss. I just say be very careful grabbing anything. Their policy is all purchases are final (no exchanges or returns). On top of that if you break something you buy it I learned the hard way…I thought the top was on the lunch box I wanted and unfortunately it wasn’t so it broke all over the place. The staff kept an eye on me as if I was going to make a run for it which made the experience uncomfortable (they stared me down even as I paid for the item as if I stole).I did want to buy a couple more things but their behavior was just…unsettling so I just decided on paying for only the broken item. I just say for the future make sure to definitely only look and not touch something (Maybe ask a worker to grab something from the shelves for you). Even if you accidentally knock it down you’re definitely responsible if something breaks. They need a sign that specifically said that in the front of their store. 11/04/2025 I love how they have big ass signs saying no Birthday rewards. It's pretty nauseating when trying to check out a store in general.

Please don't go to this specific location ( Woodfield Mall) They are not a Corporate store. They are a franchise.

Granted what does that mean in business terms. Corporate Stores they will honor to the highest degree and the highest standard that a company will uphold by.

Vs.

Franchise : The owner can do whatever is seem fit for that specific store or stores they own.

We had the official APP and coupon on our phone. The lady didn't want to honor the Birthday rewards due to the store itself is a franchise and not corporate. Lady at the register said that the one in China Town and also Naperville are franchises as well.

Buyer beware.
