Just left this place with a crying kid. Bought a bottle of apple juice for $10 that was supposed to make a sound when you bite it. Of course it didint work. When I went back in to tell them about it, the cashier told me there’s no exchange on food. I told her I wanted a refund, I just paid $10 for less 10 oz of apple juice she said “we don’t give refunds, it’s on the receipt and she already bit the bottle”. I told her of course she bit it, that’s the point of the thing if it actually worked. Very rude, didint even apologize. I was just scammed and couldn’t do a thing about it. It’s a shame because every-time we make the trip out to Woodfeld, we come to this store and drop a ton of money but we definitely won’t be coming back here. Do yourself a favor and do not step foot in this place. You’ll get product that doesn’t work and rude staff...

NEVER SHOP HERE! They will literally lie to you about the price of something just to make their sales goal, Audrey was the person at the register and she lied to my face and told me the Dubai chocolate bars only costed 6$ for 2 of them and when she handed me the receipt I stepped out of line looked at the receipt and noticed I was actually charged 26$ so I immediately got back in line I did not leave the store and I confronted her about lying to me about the price and asked to return them and get a refund Audrey refused to give me a refund and said "all sales are final", she did not apologize or anything. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and biggest rip off. I hope this place gets shut down, I feel extremely taken...

Bought some blind box figures from this store and once I got home I realized they had been previously opened and had a small piece of tape on the bottom of the packaging making them look new. I was thinking maybe a kid opened them and instead of taking the loss they taped them up and resold them but after really looking at the boxes they were carefully opened from the bottom so at a quick glance a customer wouldn't notice they had already been opened. Pretty sneaky and I will never spend money here again knowing they're dishonest.
