AZADI Fine Rugs — Local services in Scottsdale

I live in Tucson, and Brad from Azadi and two of his employees came to my home and brought several rugs that could possibly match my decor. I had supplied them with pictures of the furniture and even a couple of fabric samples. They brought the rugs down, moved all my furniture on and off several times and never complained once. My dog peed on the rug a few months later, and as soon as I called Brad, there was a box in the mail the next day which had a UPS shipping label, packing tape, and heavy plastic to wrap it in. After it was cleaned, they shipped it back with no charge whatsoever. I can not recommend them highly enough. I have worked with other rug companies and have typically felt ripped off. These rugs do NOT smell like many wool rugs that you get. They are perfect. And when I 'm ready to replace my furniture, they will give me full price...

Azadi has some of the finest customer service reps I've ever worked with. I was in town on a business trip, capturing a wedding & family photography session. I blocked out some time to get some shopping in. I was in search of a couple rugs, and walked out of the store with that and then some. The living and dining room is a shared space, so I needed something to work for both. Kimberly made it extremely easy to piece furniture and rugs together to help everything flow nicely. She pointed out some exquisite metal art work that I just had to have that really tied the space together. She has a great eye and really did all the work for me when choosing the pieces I didn't know I needed. I wish I could give 10🌟 I had 2 large very heavily pet-soiled near-white rugs soak-scrubbed cleaned in their store. They were returned promptly (ready in 2 weeks) and looked incredible, stains gone and zero cleaning product odor. The gentlemen moved the furniture without issue and offered to assist if I needed anything else moved. I would strongly recommend AZADI RUGS for cleaning area rugs. The prices are competitive and they made recommendation for a stain-sun resistance but did not try to upsell me. Strong communications. Their store is beautiful.
