Worst hair cut id ever had in my entire life. Its actually so bad that itll take a year to grow back the pieces that were chopped off in the wrong places. I have trouble seeing and was in a rush already late so i didnt bring my glasses. I asked for side swept bangs. How far they go should line up with your eye brow. I have on my left side the bang using all the hair from the front of my ear forward. Even my side burn piece is chopped maybe an inch shorter than my bang. Even though the rest of my hair goes down to my lower back. But the right side was significantly shorter than the left and and wasnt cut in as deep so i still have a long side burn. My hair was so un even and chopped i cried when i came home and the formal event my husband and i spent weeks preparing for and spent about 2000 dollars to go to completely canceled and he went by himself. As well as the next day (my birthday) all plans were canceled because there is no way to hide it without pinning it back completely. Not to mention when after she colored my roots i had hair die all over my ears and forhead drip spots and i told her i was going to a formal event. I dont get that much on my self when i do sallys hair dye at home. She charged me 150 plus i gave her tip not seeing what was done truely to my hair the lighting was dim and without my glasses... ive had bad hair cuts but Never this!!!!! Never have I had someone chop my hair sooooo badly in places obviously not meant and smile in my face and let me walk out. A person should take pride in their work as well as be a hairdresser be cause they are artistic. Not just say hey i wanna be a hairdresser cuz its cool. Ive grown my hair out and it took me year to get it long without tons of split ends. There is no fixing this there is nothing to fix it. I have to fly out to my hair dresser in L.a in a month ir two cuz she said anything else done will only worsen it. I just have to let it grow out! I didnt want a refund i wanted to warn people what a horrible hairdresser they have their named joanna who didnt give me a bad hair cut but masacred my hair and left hair dye all over my skin and ears. Never go to this salon. I went in wanting platinum blonde with a root shadow, my stylist told me it would have to be done in 2 sessions which i decided I was okay with even though I told her I do not like dimension and like it to be all one solid blonde. She decided to give me a full highlight for first session which isn’t something I wanted but I trusted her that I would get what I want in 2 sessions. She didn’t have enough time for me and rushed through the service which ended up with the crown of my head (the last section she did) to be a little patchy, but still overall my hair looks good.

Everything was okay until it was time to pay. The full highlight started at $165 and I got a haircut and blow dry which on the website said $60 which includes styling. So, I expected to pay around $250 plus tip which I think is on the more expensive end but pretty standard.

I got up to the counter and was charged $410 not including tip… I have never in my life paid so much money for my hair before. I was in shock and added an 18% tip which I regret doing. All in all I got robbed $480. I called and asked for a price breakdown thinking maybe I prepaid for my next session or something because there’s no way it was that much money. The receptionist told me the breakdown full highlight: $165 apparently I received 2 toners for $50 EACH (i’ve never paid more than $15 for a toner) root shadow: $50 and haircut and blow dry: $95… I still have not figured out why I was charged $95 for the haircut and blow dry. The website quoted $60 for that and said it includes styling.

I am a full time college student and feel completely robbed. This service cost me almost what I make in a whole month :( I was not disclosed this price beforehand as I thought I would be charged for the full highlight, haircut + blow dry, and whatever extra bowls of bleach. If you charge THIS MUCH for service and product why would the stylist not disclose this beforehand 😭

That being said I have canceled my next appointment and will never be back there or ever recommend this place. Scammers.

We have been going to this salon for a few years now. Lauren, Becky, Tori, and Paige are all amazing. However on our last visit today we had hair appointments scheduled for my husband and daughter with Tori and my other daughter with Paige immediately following. I had the girls playing outside nearly the entire time with me while we were waiting. They were not misbehaving and we were having a great time playing Simon says and getting their wiggles out. I'm not one to force them to sit and wait when there's an opportunity to play outside.

We all then came inside because Tori was nearly done with his hair and I was asking my not even 3 year old what she wanted her hair to look like. She said "pink" and when I explained that she couldn't have pink hair she said NO! NOT FAIR, NO. But that was that and we moved on. But some woman flew out of her office and told me that "we can't have this and you need to make her stop or you're going to have to leave." Etc I told her that she had literally just said that one thing and honestly thought she was joking at first by saying "we can't have this". I told her I can't control what she says but that she was behaving fine. They had been outside the entire time and when they were inside they were quiet and behaved and laughing with Tori and their dad. The way I was spoken to over something so little was absolutely ridiculous and horrible. I immediately cancelled both girls' appointments and I really hope that whatever cold hearted woman that decided to be an absolute embarrassment to the salon and to herself over absolutely nothing- gets over herself . She should also pay Tori and Paige for the cancelled appointments as the result of her behavior. We have been coming here WITH OUR KIDS since 2016, have spent hundreds of dollars here, and nothing like this has ever happened but we will absolutely never return. What an...
