I first discovered Kettey's International Fashions in the Spring of last year. I found the store to have a plethora of wonderful things - clothing from the U.S., Canada, Italy and the U.K. But beyond the beautiful clothing and many unique gift items, the highlight for me was the discovery of Kettey's Raw Organic Shea Butter and her Black Soap. The Black Soap cleans more effectively than any soap I have ever used. I especially like how cleanly the soap rinses. Absolutely no soap residue. And it's excellent for soothing a variety of skin irritations. And the Shea Butter is beyond comparison to others on the market. It is an incredible moisturizer for your entire body. It has also been quite effective in holding off any more of those fine lines and wrinkles that I have gotten from getting older. I also take a blood thinner for a medical condition and bruise more easily than most people. When something, even a minor something, has happened, and I know a bruise could form, putting Shea Butter on the area right way has kept the bruising from becoming visible. In other cases when a bruise has already formed, the Shea Butter works wonders in healing the bruised area. Ran into this store on a desperate quest for something warm; the temperatures had dropped quickly and I wasn’t prepared. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a classic and eclectic mix of high end fashion clothing, authentic Shae butter products, and home decor items. Wish I had more time to peruse, but I was in a bit of a rush…definitely going back! I’m now sporting a stylish, sleek, soft, hooded down vest from Italy that I got at Kettey’s.
