I have to add a disclaimer that EA did not directly wrap my BMW I8. They wrapped it for the person I bought it from a few months before I bought it. Because the car was wrapped, I was concerned about the condition of the paint underneath, so I called EA before purchasing, and they remembered the car and said the condition of the paint was excellent. Because of their 5 star reviews, I took their word for it. That was a mistake. A few months later I decided to take the wrap off and go with it's natural black/Charcoal color. Removing the wrap was very easy, but when I got to the rear quarter panel and peeled it back, I was horrified to see a huge scratch, and a huge area where the scratch was sanded down. I have pictures showing the progression of this removal, so you will know for certain the damage did not occur while I had the car (The wrap would have been visibly shredded had that happened). I felt burned because there is no way on earth that shop could have seen that rear quarter panel, and not known it, in fact the fact it was sanded down, I'm guessing, is because wrap is so thin and tight, that the deep scratch would have shown through it, so sanding it down might make the paint horribly ugly, but it would allow for a clean wrap. The original owner of the car denied any scratch like this ever existed, and with EA saying it was in excellent condition, they too will deny this scratch ever existed, but it's a fact that this scratch existed. These pictures will show during the removal how incredibly clean the rear quarter panel looked with the wrap on it, and how horribly awful it was after removing. FYI, a hair dryer and my hands were all that were needed for removal, there was nothing abrasive I had that could possibly have created this scratch. The most frustrating part is knowing for sure EA wasn't telling the truth, and not knowing if the previous owner was in on the cover up too. Somebody at...
Read moreWe all have different options and choices when it comes to getting our vehicle wrapped. Each day you find out about some guy who used to work for ABC shop and stared wrapping cars out of his garage. Or the new shops that have a mentality to make a quick buck and move on. Me being from another state and not being able to go and inspect my car the way i would like to, was a hard decision since I’m ver very picky when it comes to my cars. On Feb 3, 2018 I sent a DM to EA Wraps asking them for a quote to wrap my 2018 BMW M3. I’m not going to lie after looking at their IG I was intimidated by the type of cars they have on their shop as a daily basis. Trevor right away responded and started answering all my questions. From that moment on i knew I was talking to someone i was going to do business with. The scheduling was as easy as it can be. Trevor told me what week he had available and sent me a quote via email asking for a partial deposit to secure a spot for that week. I decided to pay everything that same moment because I knew i was talking to right people. Well..... here I am 3 hours after receiving my car and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of work is just so unreal. They took care of every single spot that you would think they wouldn’t do. My car looks like it came like that from the factory. Since it’s a directional vinyl the pattern looks consistent thru the entire car. Every corner, angle, crease you can think of is wrapped perfectly. I decided to do my door jams and A,B and C pillars and WOW!. I will definitely recommend EA Wraps to anyone who reads my review. Even if you have to transprort your car from another state.... trust me, there is nothing better to have piece of mind that your car is going to arrive looking flawless. EA Wraps you guys have made a customer for...
Read moreSo many great things to say! What a great company! Hard to find professionalism in the automotive aftermarket scene from what I have experienced over the years. These guys are doing it right. Starting with the communication from John and even the owners being involved with the project. John had went out of his way to communicate with me every morning about the status of my car as we were doing several things to it. From interior (starry night) fiber optic lighting to exterior chrome delete. No shortcuts were taken. He kept me in the loop with everything as I live out of town and my car was there for a week.. I was extremely comfortable leaving it with them. They were done when they said they would be done and the price was exactly what they had quoted me. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to them. It’s worth the drive and time invested to have quality work done! The shop is clean, Staff is friendly and professional! I really could go on and on about these guys.. You have to experience it for yourself. Appreciate you guys loving what you’ve done to the car. I’ll do my best to attach...
