If I could give 0 stars, I would! I am so disgusted with this place and I will never purchase another television from here or allow any of my friends, colleagues,or family to go here. I went there with my brother and the salesman, two of them, have lied, made false promises and inevitably let us down. I think out of all of these things, the lies are the worst. Ron and some guy with his name tattooed down his forearm, are the two we've dealt with. The one with tattoos has bold faced lied about a conversation, and its wrong. They've already lost a couple of sales from my circle, and I will do my best to make sure they lose even more from my husbands very large company, my son's engineering firm and everyone I come in contact with. Go to COSTCO, Sam's Club of even Best Buy, they've never let me down and actually stand behind their products AND warranties. In a world that has choices, customer service SHOULD be considered, and this place doesn't even bother trying annnnndddd going on and on about how "good" you are, doesn't help the fact that you let the ball drop and your salesman lied. I have nothing but high regards to the store most educated and best service out there. They always have the best priced TV's. They are the better quality then the get it as cheap as possible stores. You can not compare them to Walmart and Costco, they get TV's that they get are cheaper models. You are not comparing Red Apples to Red Apples it is more like a Granny Smith to a Red Apple. They will treat you better and they will install it better than any one else. They hung two Plasmas in my house and they did a great job. They may seem to be snotty but then again you may not be use to someone not wearing a best buy shirt and that has some class about them self and not a tattoo person that has more ink than hair that can carry on a conversation with out saying "like" a million times. , Go and check them out if your in the market for good products and...

The installers came and installed my 4K projector and screen. When completed there was a blue line that showed up on my wall. The installers left saying they didn’t know the problem saying they will replace the projector which was a guess at what was wrong. So then they bring another projector and same problem. So then they left again saying they don’t know why that’s happening! Well that’s great but I paid $14,000 to have this work done and it’s not even done right. As of last night I don’t have a picture only sound. I’ve tried reaching the operations manager several times by email and phone and he doesn’t respond.
