VH Spa for Vitality + Health — Local services in Scottsdale

Ok I'm late posting my review but I just had to tell about my experience. Me and Bae went to Arizona for a chill get away. I treated us to massages at VH Spa. I had Gary and my bf had Veronica. We both throughly enjoyed our experiences. We went on a Sunday to be able to get the special where I added the exfoliating scrub. Now when I booked and planned this trip it was back before Thanksgiving we went in Jan. After I booked the trip I injured myself. So at the time of the massage I was healing from a liscfranc injury. I was on a knee scooter not able to put weight in my foot. Now I'm new to needing special accommodations but baaaabbbyyyy when I tell you the manager, who name escape me and I'm so sorry for that, went above and beyond for me to make me feel comfortable. I really wanted the exfoliation treatment and you have to shower afterwards. Yall!!! She made sure I could still get my treatment and made special provisions for me! She made me feel like she really cared and that's because she did!!! Even Gary raved about her! If you've never been injured and mobility restricted just know it's some things you can't do. But that day she made me feel like I wasn't limited by my injury. I really felt pampered here! Thank you so...

VH Spa is simply the best. The desk staff. The masseuses. The locker rooms. All top notch. We have had several massages here. Easy in and easy out. Plenty of parking or use Valet. It’s free. Except tip. Today I had Zekiel. Each masseuse has a unique and distinctive style. While every single massage I have had here , Zekiel was the most accurate in handling my aches and pains. Of which there seems to be more everyday I am alive. 🤷‍♂️. Zekiel was thorough in his listening to my complaints. He addressed them one by one. I have seen an orthopedic about some issues and he prescribed me muscle relaxers. Thanks doc. But one they wear off, the issue remained. Zekiel actually addressed my issues and gave me advice as to what his diagnosis was. And how I could take some other routes. After 90 minutes (anything shorter is a downer IMO) he mentioned several on line resources Posture. Wellness etc. I have been in a lot of pain for several weeks. I am very happy to say, I am able to move my head side to side. And the issues in my lower back, while still there , are seriously manageable. Thanks to VH spa and Zekiel. Will be back....

Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your time or money. Someone urinated on one of the pool beds, luckily I was warned before I laid on it. It was not cleaned the entire time that I was there, without even a sign warning people. Anyone could’ve accidently laid on it, if they weren’t wanted.

There was hardly any shade by the oasis pool (which was the furthest thing from an oasis). Intoxicated people were on their balcony’s being obnoxious right by the spa pool. There was a huge party at the hotel pool that you could hear at the spa, and the hotel was rampant with drunks. The dressing room for the spa was so tiny, it could barely fit 4 people changing at once. Far from a relaxing experience and surely not worth the $260 that I spent. The worst spa I’ve been to in Arizona.

The only positive thing I will say is the staff was great and my massage by Ezekiel was amazing. But the spa itself was trashy and not worth the money....
