On the Edge Gallery — Attraction in Scottsdale

On The Edge Gallery is truly a gem in Old Town Scottsdale! It features the work of 40+ incredibly talented Arizona artists, offering an inspiring and diverse collection of paintings, sculptures, photography, jewelry, glasswork, and more.

During my visit, I had the amazing opportunity to meet Ahmed Cannon, the artist behind the vibrant and soulful Jazz Provisions series. Having the chance to speak with him and hear the passion and stories behind his work added a whole new level of connection to the pieces.

The gallery itself is beautifully curated, and what I love most is that many of the artists are often onsite, giving visitors a chance to engage directly with the creative minds behind the art. It’s not just a gallery — it’s an experience that makes you feel part of Arizona’s thriving art community.

What a neat gallery packed with the work of talented artist! The pieces range in all kind of mediums, from sculptures to glass work to paintings to photography to jewelry. This gallery located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale contains a vibe ranging from western, to modern and even some a little abstract. The pieces are priced very reasonably which is always a bonus. The gallery is completely ran by the local artists who have pieces there, which is so clever! It’s nice to meet the creators of the pieces. I’ve always found the artists here to be friendly and welcoming, the art shows they host are a lot of fun and a great time to mingle while browsing the quality art! One of my fave places on the Scottsdale Art Walk that maintains a stable of member artists of varied genre. Each special artwalk they feature several artists who will be there to demonstrate their art and answer questions. They also usually have a nice selection of goodies to sip and munch on while browsing. Very friendly experience, as all "sales people" are the member artists themselves in this co-op..
