Like the other user said, Getting out of this garage after a lovely show across the street was a nightmare consuming nearly 40 minutes. That includes standing in a long line to use the ONLY machine available to pay for our parking and then waiting in another long line of cars to actually exit the garage. Another exit gate seemed to not work at all and I had to turn my car around and wait in line to use another. I also was ripped off for an additional $1 to cover the time I spent in line trying to leave the parking lot. They have a really nice racket... make it difficult to leave, waste your time and everybody else's, and then charge you for the problem for which they are themselves responsible. If you do something at the Scranton Cultural Center, I recommend against ever using this garage.

That includes standing in a long line to use the ONLY machine available to pay for our parking and then waiting in another long line of cars to actually exit the garage. Adding more insult to our experience, we had to pay an additional $1 underpayment fee, presumably to cover the time we spent in line trying to leave the parking lot. We noticed this happening to the other motorists trying to leave the lot as well. This is thievery and reflects very poorly...
