I just left the Dollar Tree at Sea Ranch. First of all let me say, “I have shopped there for years and am a good customer!” Today I took my 6 y/o grandson there to get a toy and something to put his “valuable” shells in. He is visiting me. We purchased a $5 remote car. We got home and I could only get the remote side open to put batteries in, which I also purchased. The car side would not unscrew. It was stripped before I even tried. So, off we go to return it. The cashier named Linda was SO rude that I was actually in shock. She came at me right out of the gate nasty. She said “you can’t return this it’s damaged.” Well, Linda, I was nicely relaying that to you. I did not receive a receipt from the nice gentleman that waited on me just 30 minutes prior. They didn’t have singles and I was digging for exact change and no receipt was given. Linda rudely said I had to deal with him. It’s not the $5, I have bought many things (candles at Christmas) that didn’t work and I just bit the cost. This was different because my grandson wanted that toy. Linda should not be the face of Dollar Tree. She did all of this in front of my grandson. Shame on you Linda! You would think it was coming out of...
Read moreThis morning I went to this store #4884 shopping and do to my medical condition i had to use a bathroom . There was a older white lady so I asked her if I can use the public restroom right the way in the very rude way she said no it's broken. I ask her if they ever fixed this restroom because last month and month before was also broken. She again replied in the rude way it's not my store . I told her no need to be so rude . I walked away and when I was checking out I told the nice lady at the register what happened and she rolled her eyes and said Mrs.Linda she is the manager. I also spoke to one of the customers and she said they don't let anyone in because they don't want to clean the bathroom. I belive and I know that it's a federal law that this business should have working bathrooms for customers and employees. Mrs. Linda should be given customers service training. I am on my way to report this incident to BBB. Very...

Super sweet lady. I wish I would have gotton her name. Next time I stop it I...
