Sobol Acai bowls exceeded all expectations with their incredible taste and outstanding service, especially from the dedicated owner, Vinny. From the moment I stepped into the vibrant atmosphere of the plaza, I knew I was in for a treat.

Upon arrival, the unfortunate testing of fire alarms in the plaza was underway, causing a disruptive environment. However, what truly stood out was Vinny's reaction. Despite the annoyance visibly written on his face, he didn't let it affect the quality of service. In fact, his concern for a customer who seemed distressed by the noise was nothing short of admirable. Vinny went above and beyond, promptly serving her order outside to ensure she could enjoy her meal without the disturbance of the alarms.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the Acai bowls. They were nothing short of amazing. Each bite was bursting with flavor and freshness, making it evident that only the finest ingredients were used. From the creamy Acai base to the generous toppings, every aspect was crafted with care and expertise.

Despite the initial inconvenience caused by the plaza's fire alarm testing, the exceptional customer service and delicious Acai bowls made the experience truly memorable. I LOVE this place!! I was loyal to playa bowls before this place opened, but I will never go anywhere but SoBol now! Not only is the owner amazing, kind, and outgoing, but they offer 3 different size bowls :) as someone who can crush a whole pitaya bowl easily, I love having the large option!! So many great toppings and can totally customize any bowl to however you like it. They offer more than smoothie bowls too which is great. This green smoothie is sooo refreshing!! I normally spring for an açai bowl but asked the employee what he recommended and he said the green smoothie is most popular. I am soo glad I got it! It is very balanced and nourishing, and they don't add any sugar to their smoothies or bowls, except agave sometimes. It's a great spot! Very happy!
