I am beyond outraged with Baskin-Robbins. What was meant to be a joyous birthday celebration turned into a complete debacle thanks to their incompetence. The birthday cake, which was the centerpiece of the party, was defaced with a grotesquely green-tinted photo, rendering the image of the birthday individual unrecognizable and making a mockery of the occasion.
In a state of sheer anger and disbelief, I left the store immediately, only to realize later that I had forgotten to pick up the rest of my order in my haste. Attempting to resolve the matter, I found myself smacking into yet another wall of frustration as the store’s phone line was out of order. It's as if they don't care at all about customer service or the importance of someone's special day. This level of negligence is astounding and has completely ruined what should have been a happy birthday celebration. Their actions, or lack thereof, are inexcusable.
