Im from Houston but I was in town visiting my family. While in this establishment I witnessed a customer pushing their disabled (I would assume mother) through the store. I saw the customer try to inquire about applying with a customer service representative, however, the rep was being extremely unprofessional to the guest. The guest was visibly anxious and threatened by the customer service representatives demeanor. The rep did not attempt to de-escalate the situation, instead, making it worse by yelling something inaudible to that guest. Took them in to get an exchange, wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have the receipt. Mom had already threw away the receipt but got her bank statement back with proof that we bought them. Then we got covid and couldn’t go in and exchange them until today. Went in today and the lady’s wouldn’t work with me.
