We have new construction and needed a full compliment of appliances. Of course we took the normal route of Internet searches and trips to Home Depot and Best Buy. Stopping in at BID was literally the last place we stopped.

We received excellent advice, discussing trade-offs of different models for every appliance. The knowledge level was far superior to anyone we’d talked to elsewhere.

We chose the models we wanted and then received even more help with precise mechanical dimensions for preparation of items. Like the countertop cutout needed for the cooktop. The cabinet cuts for the wall oven. Just wonderful support!

We’ve placed our order now. Anxious for the delivery. We also received excellent references for installers, and we’ve scheduled that with confidence.

We've had a great experience with BID. We received great service when we came in to look at washers and dryers - the salesman Sean was very knowledgeable and attentive, and answered all of our questions. The purchase process was easy and we left feeling good about our decision to purchase from BID. The washer and dryer were delivered right on time, and the installers were friendly and competent. As it happens there was something wrong with the dryer (it made a horrible noise) and within a couple of hours the repair person was calling us to assess the problem - he listened to the sound and immediately ordered us a new dryer which we'll receive soon. Sean made me feel comfortable even though I didn’t know the first thing about ovens. He was friendly and listened and didn’t try to push any products onto me even though I do not have the wealth to buy a 5 thousand dollar Wolf range. He helped me find the lower end range and never once tried to upsale me. I would recommend Sean, at Build In to friends. However I did read some of the negative reviews and those were concerning. Although I had no issues with Sean and BID the negative reviews I read were disturbing. Hopefully, those were isolated instances b/c as I said, Sean was worth exploring BID.
