I had an incredible experience at Bloody Orange tattoo studio! Archie was great. He is not only extremely talented but also friendly and welcoming. Archie took the time to understand my vision and brought it to life with exceptional artistry. The studio was clean and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind during the tattooing process. I was sure there was no cross contamination and I felt safe. I'm thrilled with the final result, and I can confidently say that I'll be returning for more tattoos in the future. In fact Archie is currently working on my future tattoo.

I was finally able to check out the new shop that my favorite tattoo artist opened. Its a very chill shop with awesome art and a wonderful ambiance, the owner has been doing my tattoos for the past 10 years and is now a good friend. Archie can do any style of tattoo you could imagine. His style can be realistic/portrait , photo surrealism, water color, anything you could dream. He is patient and tattoos very quickly compared to some artists. He constantly checks in to make sure that you're still doing okay and offers good conversation to help take your mind off of the pain of getting tattooed. He is not heavy handed and is very intuitive and intune the client's pain/comfort level which I think is important in an artist. His artistic talent is something unique and extremely rare and we're lucky to have an artist of his caliber in this area. He's typically booked out a few months but sometimes you can get lucky and snag an appointment. I'm not sure if his tattoo books are currently open to new clients because I know he took some time to focus on finishing some amazing full body pieces on regular clients and the dedication to his client base is something I value. Although getting an appointment can be hard, it's definitely worth the wait. Once I discovered his talent I have rarely let any other artists do any big pieces because it's hard to find a level of trust higher than what I have developed with him and I know that he can take my general vague ideas and turn them into something greater than I could...

There are not enough words to say how amazing of an experience this shop was! It’s a little nerve-wracking for me to find a good tattoo artist, but nothing prepared me for how much I connected with Archie and how beautiful the shop was. The shop is beautiful and well kept, all the art is addictive eye candy that keeps you craving more.

The artist. I picked one of the most painful spots (sternum and ribs), and I changed the placement and look of the design on the day of. Archie made me feel safe and never complained once the entire time about my changes. We spent several hours placing the stencil and making sure the art was absolutely perfect (it’s an awkward spot and a big piece and the body is not perfectly symmetrical unlike this piece lol), which made me feel extremely taken care of. I couldn’t last the entire day but Archie cheered me on and told me we could break it up into two sessions, which we did. This spot is very revealing as well and he consistently checked in with me about privacy and how I was feeling MANY times throughout both sessions, if I wanted a screen up or a blanket or anything to cover myself up with. I have not felt any other tattoo artist go out of their way to make me as comfortable as Archie did. Besides that, his art of course, speaks for itself.

When you get tattooed, you are opening yourself up to someone both more than just through the tattoo, but mentally and emotionally as well. I couldn’t recommend...
