I'm not sure what happened between my first cut and the second. My first visit was easily 5*. However, on my return visit I was given a cut that looked like a cellphone bar signal icon from ear to ear. (I did not request anything like this cut/style and this was nothing like how my hair was cut the first time.) I tried to work with Adrienne to get the cut fixed after letting it grow a little, so I wasn't left with hair so short it couldn't be styled. She insisted I come in sooner and also tried to claim some bizarre and patronizing nonsense that, 'what I requested was supposed to be cut like that and generally follow the head contours rather than be straight even like a ruler'. Just an incredibly obtuse response in the most charitable of lights. No duh. This ain't my first haircut in my life, pretty sure I have a good idea what my hair should look like, especially since she set the baseline on my previous visit and this was cut much different.
