I will never order from here again!! The worst experience I've ever had. I ordered an edible arrangement for Mother's day. I chose the flex delivery, where they can deliver anytime between friday and sunday. This was for my Mother in law and I was there all weekend. They claim they tried to deliver it on sunday but there was no answer. Total lie! And then I was never contacted to arrange another delivery. I had to contact them them everyday between emails, where I'd just get an auto response with your order is on it's way. Then phone calls with over 2hr wait times and an opt to have them call me back, which they did the next day at 6:30am with no voicemail. Finally on day 3 of no delivery or contact from them, I call again. I speak to someone who then continuously puts me on hold to contact the florist. Then the florist calls me and says they can deliver it tomorrow. Not once did someone offer a refund or any type of compensation for this HUGE inconvenience. This whole thing could have been avoided if they would have contacted me after the attempted delivery. Or better yet have called the house where the delivery was to be made to, where I was waiting for the delivery to be made!! I didn't even have the florists information to be able to contact them directly. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I placed my order at 9:10 am that day. The order arrived after business hours and my girlfriend had left work already. The whole point of having flowers delivered to your girlfriend at work is everyone gets to see that she has someone that cares about her enough to make a big deal by sending flowers. That is now lost.
Earlier in the day, I was getting worried that the flowers had not been delivered and tried to contact the florist by calling the number listed on their website. It went immediately to a voice mail box that had not been setup. I tried calling several times and never got through.

My arrangement was meant for the wife of the deceased, but instead they sent it to the deceased. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was never e-mailed my confirmation or receipt. They also never provided a mock up so that I could approve the order was correct before it was arranged. After a week, I called to get the receipt and confirmation of delivery I found out my name was completely incorrect as was all my contact information.
