The Vibe Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Seattle

I had high hopes after getting out of a movie. The beer was nice and cold, but that was about all. We ordered some chicken strips and the beef sandwich; they were inedible. The strips seemed like they had, no joke, taken old leftover cooked chicken and cut it up and then battered and fried it. I'd never had a dark meat strip before. I had to spit it out, absolutely disappointing. The beef sandwich had these, I assume they were supposed to be shoestring onions in it, that you could not bite through, and they were mixed through with the meat and cheese to make this amalgamation of disgust. I hope they can take this review and work on putting out better quality food. The only thing we could eat were the fries, so we paid $50 for two beers, two sides of fries, and two piles of awfulness. I held a small birthday party here in November for which I fully paid by credit card. The total including tip was charged to my card. A month later, they charged my credit card again in 3 transactions, resulting in the $100 tip being charged to me twice. I called twice to ask to speak to someone and left messages with a bartender, who was very nice, both times. The second time, they told me to just dispute it with my credit card company and that the manager or owner wasn't going to call me back. No other explanation given.
