So I went there yesterday. The guy couldn’t understand English. Told him I wanted a number 1 and a number 3. He grabbed my card without putting in a price. I was so tired when I signed. That I didn’t realize he only charged me for one. We got into an argument as I like extra food for later and an extra meal. I told him to show me the receipt that I signed. They seriously need to hire someone that speaks English that can take an order. Finally got my second order of food. When I opened them up like all the other reviews said, portions are small and also prices don’t match the board to what he charged me and I didn’t feel like arguing with him over that. Went to pick up my dog and the guy behind me saw me from the restaurant worked at the vets and was like yeah we tried that place and they over charged us and didn’t get our order right. They said they don’t order from them anymore because of over charging. Sad when the places right next door stopped ordering. Next time I’m going to wingstop or my other teriyaki place that provides larger quantities and...
Read moreDON’T DO IT!!! I went into this place, hoping for a quick snack without reading any of the reviews. I guess that means the fault is mine. That being said, the people at this location didn’t speak any English and didn’t seem very interested in trying to figure out what I needed. I ended up using Google translate between English and Korean in order to get my message through. I paid $13 for a plastic tub of wonton soup with a plastic spoon. It was far too hot to eat much less pick up. I waited for 5 minutes and it was still too hot. When I asked for some ice so that I could cool it off, the man at the cash register refused. I asked him twice and he refuses second time as well. so, not only was it expensive and bad food, but I was unable to eat it. He gave me a lid for the container and gestured that I take it home....
Read moreAfter reading the reviews for this place I was pumped to grab some yummy teriyaki. The lady at the counter was very nice and I opted for a staple menu item of chicken teriyaki, rice and salad w/ dressing. Boy was I disappointed. The thin 'chicken breast' was cheap dark meat, very fatty and dry. The rice was mushy but edible and the salad consisted of the undesirable core of iceberg lettuce with a touch of brown wilt. I picked through the meat and ate as much rice as possible to fill up and passed on the salad. I like leaving positive reviews but I felt like my money was wasted and left still feeling hungry - not a great experience. Maybe it was an off day but I won't...
