Lucky Pizza — Restaurant in Seattle

Read some reviews on GrubHub and here, so after I placed my order through the online system linked on their website (instead of Grub Hub bc it seemed like they have issues with orders coming through that platform), I called to make sure my order was on its way since the order system wasn't showing "confirmed" for a while and didn't updatethe delivery time. It took 4 calls before someone answered, said yes they had my order and that they were running at 1 hour delivery time (makes sense because it's a snowy mess outside). So total time was about 1hr 15 min from the time I actually ordered, but about an hour from when I spoke to the store. Ordered the Large Pizza lunch special, (great value!). It was supposed to come with a 2-liter... Which turned out to be a single 12oz can. Pizza is good, no complaints. No parmesan or crushed red peppers in the box, though. Only bummed because I am out of red pepper at home, usually i throw them in a drawer so I don't blame them for saving money (gotta recoup the lunch special $$ somehow--I get it). The small Greek salad was a bit smaller than I'd hoped, had iceberg (not romaine) and was missing red onions, also missing the dressing. My special request for a side of ranch (with a note saying i was ok paying for it) was ignored too. Since the food is good if not perfectly what I ordered, I'll probably give them another go. Next time I'm going to try ordering by phone to see if that goes any more smoothly, and hopefully without snow the delivery time will be closer to the 35-45...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE . Flew all the way from CLT to Seattle, got here at midnight. Our Airbnb doesn't have a street address and I ordered my pizza online with the street intersection name (what we were given to easily find it from Airbnb). They called me immediately and said they refuse to deliver our pizza that I already paid for because I didn't have an address. I explained to the lady on the phone that I'm willing to stand at the intersection until her driver gets here and she said she'd go ask her delivery driver. Hung up on me. 20 minutes pass and we are starving and no one has come or called us . I call back and she says "oh yeah we can't deliver because this makes no sense and you have no address." This was at 12:30am, website says they close at 2am, she also added "oh we are closing as well so we can't even deliver anyways." They obviously just didn't want to get in their car and deliver the damn...

Delicious. I've had pizza from 3 local places varying in pricing, and so far this places 2nd with the most expensive being last. I got a stuffed crust half ham half pepperoni. It was on the greasy side but I believe it was due to my chosen toppings as liquid escapes when ham is cooked and pepperoni is greasy. All of it tasted good, the cheese, the sauce, the meat, the bread, and I really like my bread! I got garlic cheesy breadsticks that came with marinara sauce, both delicious. And lastly I got cinnamon bread sticks that came with icing, the cinnamon bread sticks were amazing but the icing I would pass on, but I dont normally like icing anyways. And lastly, the service was wonderful. They were friendly, as everyone I've encountered has been since I've been here visiting. I am sad I cant take this place back home with me in Illinois where we mostly have chain...
