I was ready to join Corsair Athletics after my first class during their soft opening in October. I’ve moved around a bit and consequently been plugged in at a few different gyms across the country, and Corsair not only has the best coaching, but also has the best community I’ve ever found.
Coach Ludwig is extremely knowledgeable about the fundamentals of all the CrossFit movements, and he pays attention to everyone’s form and movement execution, giving actually useful and personalized feedback. I feel empowered to challenge myself in every class while also feeling safe and confident in my movements. The programming is well planned to optimize your time in each class, and I always leave feeling strong and excited.
Coach Ludwig, Jermey, and Randy have never met a stranger, and they‘ve achieved a sense of community that overwhelms the gym. They’re welcoming of everyone, supportive, positive, and their passion is obvious to everyone that walks through the doors. You will find your place at Corsair no matter your experience or abilities.

This stereotype kept me out of crossfit gyms until my friend brought me to Corsair right when it opened. The classes are very fun and it’s a lot easier to stick with the programing due to the variety of movements used vs. only lifting.
