Cloud Cafe — Restaurant in Seattle

First time in this place I got in there and the place looks very clean I approach a tall Asian guy wearing black gray hair with they dirty shoes so he gave me a manu I told him it was my first to and he didn't give me any suggestions. I order my but I have to pay upfront that way I didn't get a chance to get something else without pay double or triple taxes, when I ask for the restroom he seems to be upset about it and gave me a key in the bathroom was very clear and fresh, got out and he told me something but it was little hard to understand his English so I reply, said that again and he yelled back to me, seat wherever you like, I was like wow someone is having a bad day I order pho the the one for 16 dlls usually in restaurant they give you the condiments on the side an this bowl was everything in it I got some lime and water, food was good in the menu says this phone has meat balls but I only found 2 little pieces.

Well for the price of it I was hoping for a bigger bowl I thing is too expensive for the side and the little meat probably I won't come back to this place and won't...

Husband and I got hungry so went wandering thru the neighborhood and came across this lovely little cafe. He asked if I wanted to eat here and I said "Sure, I've never had Phó before, so why not"?

I let him order since he's familiar with Asian Cuisine more than I am and what you see in the photo is what we got. I believe that's an order of Spring Rolls to the left and then both our bowls of Phó, which if I remember correctly, had beef in them. That said, everything he ordered for us was delicious and 2 👍🏻👍🏻 for the Pho, which is now my new favorite soup.

And while we had water with our dinner, we got Boba Tea before we left. I had Mango I believe and he had Passion fruit.

The cafe was clean, well lit, well stocked and the gentleman who took our order, as well as waited on us, was very nice and friendly.

I didn’t feel like going out so I placed an order online for pick up. The app said my food was ready. When I went to pick up my order, staff said it wasn’t ready. They said they don’t control or update the online status and jt would be another 45 mins. I ask to cancel my order and they said they can’t but would rush my order. You can tell sit in customer had an impatient look on their eyes and customer and were getting told their bubble tea order was out. 25 min after the app said my food available they handed me another customer order. I realized this once I was outside. Had to wait again.

Over a hour after I had placed my order I was finally home. The noodle was soggy, the beef was not rare and I'm sure my pretty sure my extra noodle and beef was missed. Definitely was a disappointment after craving pho...
